We called about a car listed on the internet. Bennett replied immediately and was helpful and friendly. We went to look at the car and were impressed by the atmosphere and customer service. We bought the car, would buy a car here again, and we are looking forward to using the Service Center.

Everything from the internet sales to the actual experience at the experience was absolutely top notch. I wasn't pushed into a corner and badgered with rebuttals and other offers to get me to crack and buy. Very pleasurable experience throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anybody in the market for a VW.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, easy to work with,considerate of my needs and got a great deal. Dean Minette was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of my car buying experience. He was the one that helped me to decide on a Volkswagen that I wanted. I would definitely recommend Dean and company to anyone looking to buy a car.

By far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was smooth and effortless. I was not trading in a car... when I asked the best way to get to the dealership from Tucson... they offered to send a car and driver down to pick me up and get me there. To me that is unheard of customer service. The total time from me arriving at the dealership till I was on the road back to Tucson in my DREAM car was an hour... hour and fifteen minutes at the most! That and a couple t-shirts to boost!!! way to go Lunde VW!

Jack was great. He has a great personality. He is not pushy, very accomodating. He is pleasant and knowleadgable.He was very insturmental for me and helped with a purchase of my new vehicle

We had a great experience with Xavier and Bennet online. Met both at the showroom and then had Phil Vigarino as our sales rep. Phil was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Overall it was a fantastic buying experience. Traded a 2010 Jetta Wagen for a 2013 Tiguan. Love the new car.

We visited so many dealerships in search of our car. Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen had the perfect car for us and had by far the best service. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly (they had a beach theme going so it smelled really nice too!) We were there about 4 hours and our 18 month old made friends with everyone there, they were all very nice to him. We were introduced to the service people and they are all very professional and friendly. The service center is CLEAN!! I've never seen any place that repairs cars have such an impeccable space. I was very impressed. We live about 40 minutes away, but if we ever need car service, we would readily take it there. We also received a thank you card about a week after purchasing our car (2012 Ford Focus). A thank you card is not necessary, but was very thoughtful and we really appreciated it. I'm so happy we finally had a good experience with a dealer, 5 out of 5 from us!
