My entire experience with Pepe Infiniti has been outstanding.
My salesman, George Brunner was exceptional; he was knowledgeable, patient and very accommodating. He made the transaction of leasing my new G37XS smooth and effortless. He worked diligently on getting me the absolute best deal and handled all the details of; phone calls, paperwork, insurance cards, transferring plates and all DMV matters in an impressively professional manner. He took me through a guided tour of the gorgeous state of the art facility, complete with comedic banter. I felt comfortable and at ease with George, but more importantly, I trusted him -a feeling that has always eluded me whenever purchasing a new vehicle. I even trusted him enough when he gently mentioned possibly not leasing a second white G37 ... I listened to his advice and found he was absolutely right ! I love my new 'black' G37XS !
George and the entire staff of Pepe Infiniti went above and beyond to put me in the car of my dreams and I am now a life time customer !

If your system would allow me, I would give George Burnner 10's across the board. From when I first got in touch with him two weeks ago until me just getting my plates in the mail today he was a class act, No problem to big or to small, just great servie from start to finish. Just from this one experiance you guys now have a client for life..... Oh and he got me the best deal i saw out there..

During my visit to Pepe for a minor service in April, I was delighted to have come across the path of George Brunner. This is the first time in my 40yrs as a car owner have I felt at ease with a car salesperson. George was warm and professional when he introduced himself to me that I felt completely comfortable to ask him questions about a new car. He demonstrated knowledge of my preference model, EX and assured me that he would do the utmost to get me in the car of my dreams. Most important, he listened to my budget concerns and did not try to sell me a car above my means. Unfortunately I am not prepared to finance a car right now but when I am ready I will definitely contact George. I commend Pepe on hiring a person of his statue.He is an asset to your company.

I decided to stop by Pepe Infiniti to get some parts needed for my G35x. While entering the beautiful showroom I was greeted be George who was very helpful from start to finish. He helped me to navigate around to various departments, gave me some insight to the NEW Q50, and my favorite Pepe Infiniti Personal Assistant. Overall I was very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend all my friends to buy PEPE

As soon as entered George came up to me and asked who I was and if he could assist me. That would be a first. This is the third time back for a repair and by far the most pleasant of experiences. He took the time to go over the new vehicles coming in for 2013 and 2014 and explained information I did not know about. As this is currently my third QX56 I thought I knew all I needed to know. In fact I have two Infinitis and my leases are due to expire around the end of the year. Service like this has me looking forward to coming back when the leases are up.

I was in to have the oil changed on my Infiniti and met George Brunner who helped me sign up for the Infiniti personal assistant. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend Pepe Infiniti to anyone.

George Brunner was outstanding in his service and demeanor. I had a personal assistant account that had expired because I had not used it. He explained the benefits and took considerable time to make sure it was activated. Very refreshing to meet someone that is really service oriented...He represents Pepe Infiniti in the most positive way!

I brought my car into Pepe for regular service and to help download my contact from my phone Jack Sheridan checked me in fast and with no problems and had my loaner car waiting. When I picked up the car George Brunner was very helpful in downloading my contacts from my phone. I was having a lot of issues doing it and he finally was the one that was able to help me. His patience and professionalism was something Pepe Infinity should be happy with.

George Brunner was very professional and answered all the questions that I had re the navigation system and bluetooth paring w/ my iPhone. It was a very pleasant experience.

I was having a problem with the Bluetooth connection. Not only did they fix it but in a way was comfortable and demeaning. I learn more about this car from the dealer then any car I ever leased. George Brunner is top notch.
