My husband and I changed MB dealerships from NY to Larchmont b/c of the excellent dealings with Jay Criss. We were quite impressed with how he simplified the process, was knowledgeable/informative and proactive without being overbearing. I run a TV sales department and appreciate the value of a strong representive.

Renee had the patience to answer all my questions and the professionality to get me from a used Mercedes to a new one. I have first bought through her a used 2008 C class and then a new C 2011. She is really good and very welcoming and put you at ease in any situation. I will always go to her when I will shop for cars !

Bobby was an outstanding professional with excellent interpersonal skills. He was very knowledgeable as well as friendly and relaxed in his mannerism. He took the time to listen to all my questions, answering them in detail and had an excellent rapport with his fellow workers and managers. Bobby took extra care in meeting all our requests, in and out of the show room and he even went so far as to have our car rewashed before delivering it because it had rained after they had prepared the car for our arrival for the pick up time. I know that Bobby was instrumental in the conclusion of our buying our car at the Larchmont Mercedes dealership. Excellent job Bobby.
