My Review of Performance Toyota Scion of Lincoln:
We purchased my first Toyota two months ago. It was one of the easiest car purchases we have ever made. Our communication with Allen was fantastic! Tom was very kind and easy to talk to. Jeff was attentive to our needs and quick to respond to changes in our requests. Thank you, Performance Toyota of Lincoln! We love our Rav4!

My Review of Performance Toyota Scion of Lincoln:
They tried to give me significantly less than fair value for my trade in. They wouldn't even give me half of what KBB, Edmunds, or Manheim, say. They even printed up the reports that showed my vehicle in "good," condition was worth more than twice what they were willing to give me on my trade. They tried saying they felt the transmission was slipping. I drive that car every day and have never had any issues. I think they are very unethical. This should have been the easiest sale they made. I was paying asking price and I was asking dealer trade in value, but they tried to maximize their profits at my expense. I think them making a few thousand dollars for an hour of work was worth their time, but they didn't agree. I went to another dealership, the used car manager drove my car for a few miles and didn't notice any transmission issues. I would stay away from this Performance. I feel it was very unethical of them to make false statements in an attempt to "steal," my trade. Oh, on another note, they were trying to charge me a few percentage points higher than the rate my credit union has posted. So, if you need to buy from them it is best to arrange financing first and sell your car outright.

My Review of Performance Toyota Scion of Lincoln:
I had some alignment problem with my certified pre owned vehicle which I bought less than 2 weeks ago. I requested for an alignment check as I thought the problem is with the road surface and not with my car. They told me they have complimentary alignment check up. I DID NOT ask them to perform any alignment service. When I got my car, I was charged $79.95 as they have performed the alignment service which I did not ask them to. They should have asked my permission to fix the alignment as I can do it in other Toyota dealer for $69.95. Very disappointed with the overall service received. Also, I just put on less than 2000 miles on my certified pre own Toyota and there is alignment problem. What is the point of buying certified pre owned vehicle then if they don't work as promised? Seems like all dealers are similar, they just want your business and don't care about any thing else. I am quite disappointed with them.

The quality of vehicle we purchased was very, very good. James was very good to deal with. Their website was very helpful to us in finding a car. The whole transaction went very smooth and I was surprised it went so smoothly. I look forward to many years with our new used toyota.

Allen Gill and his staff were extremely welcoming to us whenever we met with them about sponsorship. They demonstrated a true level of service and genuine care for their community. Because of their generosity, over 2,000 young men and their families were able to showcase their creativity by designing their own Pinewood Derby car, and received the satisfaction of learning craft skills, rules of fair play, and good sportsmanship. I've bought several cars in my years but everytime i get hammered by negotations and it wears me out. They came to the table with their best deal first and I appreciate that... How do I know I got such a good deal??? Because I use to sell cars! I would gladly refer this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

I recently purchased my first Toyota, and the entire experience so far has been very enjoyable. The salesman Mark was very helpful and answered all my questions. I didn't feel pushed into anything and I really appreciated that. I would recommend to anyone that they check out Toyota and see all the great things they have to offer.

My Review of Performance Toyota Scion of Lincoln:
This is the BEST dealer selling the VERY BEST vehicle on the market. Ryan Schmidt was very personable and most helpful. He was a wellspring of knowledge, but wasn't the least bit pushy. He helped me see the advantages of upgrading my vehicle size and then showed me what was available. I really felt like I bought the car that I WANTED,not some "special" or other thing that the dealer was pushing that week. They don't do that at Performance. The friendliness and helpfulness carried on through the whole process from sales to vehicle prep and the service department. This dealership earned both my respect and my repeat business.

My Review of Performance Toyota Scion of Lincoln:
Buying my used Toyota Tacoma from Performance Toyota was a pleasant experience. My salesperson Ryan Schmidt was very knowledgeable and low-pressure. He answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable with my decision. I entered the dealership a stranger but between Ryan and Biff (the general sales manager) I felt like one of their family by the time I left!

I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. My wife and I use their service department regularly as well and are always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy!

Before you go anywhere else, stop in and see Ryan first so you'll know how the car buying experience SHOULD be done, and once you've shopped around come back to Ryan and Biff and let them make you a customer for life. They did me!
