My Review of Performance of Chapel Hill:
In fixing a power steering fluid problem, the service folks broke a hose on my BMW but didn't tell me. I made it out of the parking lot and a few miles down the road before it blew. They claimed it was not their fault and took no responsibility for their error. To add insult to injury, I later learned the power steering part they put on my car was cracked and had to be replaced. I obviously don't let them work on my car anymore.
