Outstanding Dealership!! First, I would like to say that both Delmar and Dickie were just great people. There was no hastle and as I progressed in to the buying stage they exceeded my expectations of earning my business. They got my vehicle down to the price I wanted and I was in and out with a new 2013 Chevy Avalanche within a few hours, start to stop, looking, negotiating, and buying. Dickie was a great salesman and wanted to make sure all my needs were met and dedicated his time to serve my very demanding attitude. He did so with a smile and was a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone. Delmar was the reason I bought my vehicle from Pete Moore Chevrolet. All dealerships can sell you the car you want for the same price, but he really takes the time to get to know you as person. I felt instantly that he loves his job and enjoys getting to know everyone coming in to the dealership. Top notch!!

I walked in knowing exactly what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted in my car and how much I was wanting to spend. I didn't even have to shop, (I hate shopping). He had two vehicles that I could choose from and the first one was a perfect match. I had an absolutely no pain purchasing experience.

I have bought six or seven vehicles from Pete Moore using Randy Carmichael as my salesman. I have experienced professionalism from Mr. Carmichael as well as friendliness. The overall experience has been good also.We have enjoyed the service we have been given overall. This vehicle is for my wife's Mothers Day gift. I purchased a new 2013 Malibu LTZ on 4-30-13 from Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola, FL. This was my first visit and purchase from this dealership. What a pleasant experience this was for me. It was impeccable and absolutely outstanding. Everyone that I dealt with in this purchase was so friendly and made me feel so welcome. This was my 12th new Chevrolet that I have purchased in my lifetime. I have owned nothing but new Chevrolet automobiles, with my first Chevrolet being a 1976 model. As a result of all these purchases, I have had many experiences with many Chevrolet dealerships; therefore, I can honestly say that Pete Moore Chevrolet excels in my purchasing experience of purchasing a new Chevrolet automobile in comparison to other dealerships.

Jeff Johnson was my new car consultant and sold me my 2013 Malibu LTZ. He was so nice with a great personality who made you feel like you knew him forever. He was so knowledgeable of the new 2013 Malibu LTZ that I purchased. He took so much time showing me all the details and specifications of my new Malibu. Overall, Jeff went the extra mile in everyway with the sale of this vehicle. He is outstanding and one of the best sales consultants that I have ever had to do business with in the purchasing of a new Chevrolet automobile. Delmar Dice, Sales Manager at Pete Moore Chevrolet worked hand in hand with Jeff Johnson in the amount that I received in my trade of my 2008 Chevrolet Impala, LTZ, and overall the great deal that I received on my new 2013 Malibu LTZ. Delmar highly complimented me on how nice my 2008 Chevrolet Impala LTZ was, and that he did not see used cars of my age being in the immaculate condition that my car was. This went a long way with me since I strive so hard to take good care of my automobiles. Delmar is a person of great demeanor, and someone that you cannot help but like. Ben Myers, General Manager of Pete Moore Chevrolet was very much involved in my purchase of my new Malibu. The bucket seats in my new Malibu had lumbar in driver side and passenger side. When my mother and I test drove my Malibu, we took note right away that the lumbar in the seats hurt our backs terribly. I advised Ben that we had a problem with this, and if seats could not customized and lumbar removed, I could not purchase the Malibu. Ben was very understanding and concerned about this issue. I advised him that I knew about Johnson's Auto Trim & Glass in Pensacola, FL that had done some work for me in the past in the customization of seats and that they had done an outstanding job. Ben approved and authorized at Pete Moore Chevrolet's expense for my Malibu to be taken there to determine if seats could be customized so these seats would be comfortable for my mother and me. To my great satisfaction, this was accomplished, and I bought my new Malibu. Ben is truly what a great businessman is all about. He made every effort to make this purchase come into being. Ben is someone of such high caliber, and Pete Moore Chevrolet is very fortunate to have him as a great leader in this dealership.

Overall, Pete Moore Chevrolet believes in customer satisfaction. I am glad to be part of the Pete Moore Chevrolet family.

The reason I gave the rating that I did is due to the professionalism that Wayne Freeman demonstrate while assisting me in the purchase of a vehicle. If more vehicle salesman were like him, purchasing a vehicle would not be so dreaded. He truly takes his time to assist you without rushing you....He does not make you feel rushed and does not shot you down when you give a counter offer. You truly feel he is working with you and for you. It is very easy to talk to him and you feel you are talking to a person that you have known all your life. I was so impressed with him when I purchased the used vehicle a few months ago that when it was time to purchase a new vehicle I went back to him. I am so happy that he was able to be my salesman again and I will recommend him to anyone in the market for a used or new vehicle. I can only be grateful for him taking his time and working with me so that I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted/needed. Haggling about price it is not a matter of want....a lot of times it is matter of need. I could go on and on....but I think you get my point. I am happy with purchasing my vehicles at Pete Moore...Like getting my vehicle serviced there and I love have come across Wayne Freeman in the purchased of the used vehicle and then having him as my salesman for my new vehicle as well.
