Both Jeff & Ben gained our trust - they were knowledgeable about their product, answered all our questions. They made our buying experience a pleasure rather than a pain. Customer service is important to us and Ben "filled that role" perfectly. He ensured that the whole spectrum of services and benefits we get with our new car were explained fully to our satisfaction - and I ask a lot of questions. After sale service has also been a pleasant experience for us, Ben continues to bring answers to the questions we have after the sale is over. This is different than we have had with out product sales personnel who seem to forget all about you after the sale is made. Customer service and satisfaction is key to any company and that is precisely what brings customers back to that company. Jeff and Ben are shining examples of "Customer Service and Care" - your company should be extremely proud of them. Nick (forget his last name), the manager of sales accessories also provided key explanations and "post-sale" service for our Toyota, he also a is personal and professional "people person" and represents his department extremely well.

My experience with buying a used car with Sales Representative Mr Jeff Crabtree was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Jeff is very friendly, low pressure and I personally felt a very trustworthy person. He made my time waiting pleasant, offering something to drink and was fun just chatting with him. He love his family and we talked about that, I really liked hearing how he talked about his wife and children, I could feel his sincerity. So I got a car I truly love at a very good price, he helped deliver it and said if I have any questions to always stop and talk to him, and just stop and say him sometime. I felt important and heard. I have been in the service department a few times since I purchased my new car. It bothers me when I drive in and am basically ignored. The people do not make an effort at all to ask if they can help you in any way. When you do go to their kiosk they appear to care less if you are there or not. The firs time I ordered something from their parts department they were supposed to call me when it came in. I wound up calling them after three weeks. They told me it was there but when I went in two days later they had to search for fifteen minutes or more to find my purchase. As for pricing of parts and services, I think that they are way overpriced. I recently had an issue with my vehicle that was not covered by warranty. They looked at it, found the problem, and gave me a quote of what it would cost for parts and service. I took my vehicle to someone else and it cost a third of what I was quoted at Peterson's.

Brent was fantastic and by far exceed mine and my fiances expectations. Overall the car buying experience was a fun experience and we ended up with two cars instead of one. The finance managers could have used a few customer service tips but I am very happy with my purchase.
