I have had several positive experiences with Peterson Stampede, but I will review my recent new truck experience. John Burton answered my questions over the phone regarding what was included in the tradesman package on a Ram 1500 that I was interested in. He then invited us down to the dealership to look at the truck and see if it was exactly what we were looking for. It was the "just right"truck we were looking for and the best price point we could find in a new Ram 1500 5.7 hemi 4x4 crewcab. The dreaded back and forth commenced and though I wasn't thrilled with how far under worth they offered for my trade in, the rebates, discounts, and finance rate worked out satisfactorily in the end. I was able to get into that beautiful truck and call it mine! Brian in finance and John, mentioned previously, were friendly, helpful, engaging, and professional. I enjoyed the experience of buying my new truck and would go back to them again, if I had to do it over. I think a customer's willingness to come back is the best review a dealership can get!

I wanted to say that the service manager and his employees did a great job on my 2011 Jeep Patriot. I had taken my jeep to be serviced elsewhere and they could not fix my jeeps issue even though I felt they caused the problem. I took my jeep to them advising them of the issue and they kept telling me that they could not fix the issue because they didn't hear what I heard as far as the LOUD noise it was making. So finally we took my Jeep to Peterson's and without even looking at it just by our explanation they knew exactly what it was and fixed it right away. Thank you for such great service, I greatly appreciate it.

After a 100K service my 2003 Dodge Ram Cummins runs like a new truck. Smoother running with more power. took care of some addtional maintenance issues that bumped up the cost but is was all worth it. The 5.9 is the best and the truck is as solid as the day i bought it. It ran so good i was reluctant to have it serviced for fear they would screw something up. But after the service i realized it needed it. It's like having a new truck, minus the new whistles and bells of course. .

My husband and I are from Texas, stationed out here in I daho with the Air Force. Our first winter here, we realized that maybe we should upgrade to a 4x4. So we found Patterson Stampede Dodge on the web, and they had very resonable prices. Got in touch with Jeremy from the internet department, and let me say, that is one great guy to work with. He was fun, enthusiastic, and knowledgable about the products. We spent a good 2-3 hours looking at several different vehicles from the Ram Crew Cabs to Wranglers, and even a Journey. Jeremy never hesitated to show us exactly what we wanted to check out, never had a problem with us testing the vehicle (and my husband REALLY tested out the manual transmission on the Wrangler), did it all with a smile. Great guy to work with. And the finance guys in the back pushed harder than any dealers I've ever been to in order to get our deal where we wanted it. 5 stars all the way for customer service and friendliness. Had to give the prices a lower rating, not at the fault of the dealer. ALL cars are WAY overpriced nowadays. That's this corrupt economy for you. But I would not hesitate to send anyone looking for a new, or used, Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep (a ram truck is still and always will be a DODGE Ram), to the guys at Stampede Dodge. Excellent group there. And we will be doing all our business with them for as long as we're stationed out here in Mountain Home. Thanks guys! And especially Jeremy from Internet Sales.!

Went in for a New Jeep Wrangler. My wife and I researched the Jeep before we went in. Paul the salesmen wasn't pushy and was straight forward with the pricing and answered every question we had. We also had a trade in we were trying to sale and the dealership gave us a fair deal for the car. Overall everybody was friendly and easy to tal to. I will recommend Stampede to friends and family in the future.

Dealership employees put lots of effort into making my and my wife Sveta's first time experience there feel as if we needed to look nowhere else. They spent all the time needed to discuss any questions or concerns as well as explain the technology of the vehicle and technical aspects of the billing and warranties. Both my wife and I left the dealership confident about our purchase from the dealership and pleased we purchased there. They tailored the sales procedure making sure that both of us understood the vehicle and purchase process, by taking extra time to explain when one or both of us had questions. Employees remained motivated from beginning to end making sure we left with the best deal. A week later and we are still convinced we did get just that. Not to mention a great vehicle and peace of mind on the lifetime maintenance of the vehicle. I have to continue to update this review. One thing is the service doesn't end once you drive off the lot with your new purchase. Thank you Ryan McCabe, Brett and Daryl for all the service and phone calls following my purchase of the Dodge Journey R/T. In response to your courtesy calls I missed Ryan, all is well with the hitch to go with that Tow Group Package. Services installed the hitch and took care of all the computer updates to go along with it. Appreciate the effort getting everything done. It was a good couple of days spent at your dealership with my family during my Overseas Deployment mid-tour leave. We showed up to buy a family vehicle and enjoyed the experience. Flying back out in 40 hours and the family vehicle is ready to go while I'm away.

We recently bought a Jeep 2014 Grand Cherokee. I called up my friend Sonny at the dealership and told him I was interested in another Jeep. He knows what I wanted on the Jeep. He got a Jeep in a week later. I did not like the color. We went to the website and we picked out a different color ordered it with everything I wanted on it. His manager Monte found it in SLC. They would have it shipped to me in four days. Sure enough as promised I received my car exactly how I ordered it and it was ready for pick-up on Monday as Promised.
