My Review of Peyton Cramer/Power VW of South Bay:
Blatant, bald-faced lies from the start. &quot;EVERYONE buys their cars at sticker price. You mean some people buy below? You don't say!&quot;<br><br>And then when I asked about some 2.9% financing promotion being advertised on TV, they said, &quot;NOBODY actually gets that. You need amazing credit and a million dollars in the bank. Everyone else gets about 5.9%, so why bother with the paperwork.&quot;<br><br>And so on and so forth ... it's almost funny. I'm kind of on the trusting and gullible side, but even I saw through this. I did enjoy the test-drive, though. When I walked out, they chased me to my car and told me I'd be sorry. (I wasn't.)

My Review of Peyton Cramer/Power VW of South Bay:
Service deparment is the worst I have encountered, and the sales deparment makes you feel like you are at a sleezy used car lot. Do not get your car serviced here. THey are slow as molasses, don't call you to let you know when your car is ready, and 'forget' to make repairs. They act as though they are doing you a grand favor. Don't patronize such attitude. I would rather take my car to the local gas station. They returned my car damaged (a seal on the interior door jam headliner was hanging down, about 2 feet worth of fabric, and there were black hand/finger prints all over the light beige headliner obviously trying to stick the piece back on).
