My Review of Phelps Chevrolet Nissan:
When I purchased my new vehicle 13 July 2007 I was the happiest person in town and I still love my Altima Hybrid! The problem started when I came in a month later, 20 Aug. 2007 and tried to cancel my Maintenance Plus, Security Plus and GAP Coverage. It took 90 days to finally get the cost of the Maintenance Plus and Security Plus deducted from my account. Today is 1 April 2008 and the pro-rated check for cancelling my GAP has still not been deducted from my NMAC account. Although my GAP was cancelled on 16 Feb. 2008. I have been going through this with your dealership for 8 months, totally unsat. In fact, unbelievable! There is not one person with whom I spoke with at Phelps in the past 8 months, that has not right out lied to me. People have told me they never spoke to me about any of this, but yet I have their name and dates we discussed the problem. I bought my car in good faith, but your dealership has no idea what that term means. I will never, ever deal with you people again. GC Marquit

My Review of Phelps Chevrolet Nissan:
I have never had a good experience at Phelps. I live in 29 Palms and have used them for service only very few times. I only use them for simple things that I feel they should be able to fix, which never happens. I hate driving all the way down to Palm Springs but I would rather do that than deal with anyone at Phelps. The service department staff are not friendly or helpful. It is so unorganized that nothing is ever done in a timely manner. Even if you make an appointment you still have to wait for very long periods of time. Once I get the one thing fixed that I have been trying to get done for the last week and a half, I will never go to Phelps again. I will tell everyone that I know never to deal with Phelps also. GM will also get a call from me about the "service" I have received at this dealership.
