After calling multiple times trying to get and invoice emailed to me with the breakdown of prices for all the repairs done to my car on January 28, 2022 nobody was able to help me. Everytime I called they would just tell me that I would get a call back from someone but nobody ever followed up with a call like they said, so I kept calling to see if anybody was able to provide me with this information and they just kept giving me the run around to the point were I ended up giving them a bad review on Google for their lack of communication. After writing that review I decided to call again the next day to see if anything had change and Monique Silva (Sales Manager) answered my phone call and told me that after reading that review she definitely was not going to provide me with any help and went on with being rude, condescending and showing a level of unprofessionalism I'd never would've imagined from a sales manager. I even recorded the call because of the past bad experiences I've had with them when I would call to get this information. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!! More
