My Review of Phoenix Motor Company:
I have been a customer for quite some time at Phoenix Motor Company. I have now purchased my third vehicle there from Greg and love them. I love the great deals I have gotten from Greg. He is professional, friendly, and courteous.

My Review of Phoenix Motor Company:
I just moved to Arizona and looking for a dealership to service my Mercedes Benz. I love my cars so I needed a place that would take care of them as much as I have. I found just the place at Phoenix Motor Company. I was very happy with the service I received and glad to know that my cars were in the best hands. Also, I got a chance to see their inventory. Maria showed me the new C Class which I really liked and even better the deal Greg worked out for me. I not only got my E320 serviced but I got a new C300.

My Review of Phoenix Motor Company:
I have been comparing the BMW X5 and the M/B ML 350. I have been using the internet to compare and to shop. Phoenix Motor cars is the closest, so I arranged to vist the store. I found little or no space to park, thats the first issue. When I walked into the showroom my wife and I waited while the phone operator finished her personnal conversation with a technician. She then called the sales person we were to meet. None of the new cars on the floor had window price stickers. I thought that was the law? The sales person was tied up so a nice youg girl showed the car and we drove it.
The service department appeared dirty. When I asked about guest services like getting the car washed, She said that they do sometimes, if your in for service. The parts department didn't have any displays at the counter but did have stuff in the waiting area Not M/B stuff.
I don't see how they can offer customer service if they don't extend themselves, and my experience was overall, they don't We didn't get to price, why should we if we would not be happy with thier service.
