Easy and Relaxed I was in need of a good used truck and short notice. Many times that means you are about to walk into a nightmare because you can't just walk away if I was in need of a good used truck and short notice. Dan "The Man" Walston was the salesman at the dealership. He was honest with me on what they could do and how he thought they could help. After looking at a few trucks on the site he was showing me, he pulled one truck around for me to test drive. I loved the truck, and we easily agreed upon a price. In this deal I wanted a warranty and the Gap insurance, which the dealership worked out for me. They also agreed to put on a rear bumper because that was the only thing on the truck that I really felt needed attention. So today 1-29-18 I dropped off my truck at Piles to have the bumper put on and the guys in the Service department were professional and helpful with a loaner car until my truck was finished. I would send my friends and family to see Piles and I look forward to buying more cars there in the future. My wife and I also purchased another guy approx. a year ago, and had the same experience then with another salesman so I believe the culture is a healthy one no mater who you work with. Go See them.
