My Review of Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River:
From the physical appearance of the dealership to the customer service, everything was great. The dealership had a great vibe and great presentation. I am very happy that I got to work with Michael. He made me feel comfortable and not like I was talking to a typical car salesman. He helped me out so much and made sure I got the best deal possible. He even made it possible for me to get my car that day instead of having to wait a week until I had the money I needed to put down. I was very happy with him and my experience as a whole.

the whole experience from the first phone call to the delivery of my 2 new nv 12 passanger vans was an exceptional experience. you have a great staff. ralph and mark were outstanding. i would recomend this dealership to any and every one interested in your products or not i would recomend them to try out a nissan product and go to your dealership.

Jim was great! No pressure, understanding, and ultimately kept to the terms that we gave him. I'm still in shock over the deal we got. This is my third Nissan from pine belt of toms river and it will not be my last! Jim made a personal connection and we will be coming back to him as well as making sure to recommend him to family and friends. Wayne was also a huge help. He was able to negotiate with the banks to keep to the terms we walked in with. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our purchase.

Jim was more than helpful. He new my credit situation and worked quickly and effortlessly to find me something, affordable, reliable, and gas friendly. He didnt keep me for hours nor did he give me the run around. he was honest, quick, and upstanding. The car i bought was a gift to my wife and she absolutely loves it. I purchased a 2010 nissan versa. great car, great employees. VERY PLEASED.

My Review of Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River:
I dealt with Ed Martins, and he was a huge help. I thought all was lost when I could not get approved at several other dealerships, then I went into Nissan. I thought to myself, " i can't wait to get denied AGAIN". But what do you know they got me out of my old car and into a new one. Everyone one was super helpful although I wish my payments were lower that is something I will deal with until my credit gets better, but I can't complain because I know in 2 years or so I will be back at this dealership and talking to Ed and the team to trade me me out and get me into a new car with lower payments. So I must say thank you to Ed and the team for making me and my girlfriend finally feel safe while driving and finally waking up knowing the car will get us to work. When I though all was lost, Ed and Nissan helped me out when no one else would. I will be hopefully working with them for a very long time. Thanks guys for giving me a helping hand when no one else would. If you are looking for a car go to Nissan on Rt. 37 and they will do all they can to get you what you need. Thanks guys!

My Review of Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River:
We went in to purchase a Nissan Cube. We test drove one we liked and when we sat down to make a deal, we were told that we would get $4,500 for our trade in. When we came in the next week, the Cube that we wanted which was priced at $20,046 was sold, so we were looking at another one priced $18,499. When we sat down this time to make a deal, we were told that now they would only give us $2,500 for the trade because this was a new month! REALLY?
(Also, the guy selling us the car texted the entire time we test drove anything and couldn't answer some questions about the car)

I was also told that my credit was okay and in the high 600's which in fact was a flat out lie. When I asked what the interest was, no one could tell me. It was shady. How could my payments on a cheaper car be more expensive by $30 a month? They also just came back with a monthly payment when I was clear that I wanted the price of the car minus the price of the trade in. When I made them explain, that's when they hit me with $2,500 for the trade. We ended up going to Toyota where they ran my credit and it was EXCELLENT giving me a finance rate of 2.9% financing. It was a much better experience.

My Review of Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River:
Mr. Sokolowski was professional,courteous, and very helpful during the entire vehicle search and purchase experience. His knowledge of the vehicles shown me was extensive and left me with no questions regarding their operation.

At no time did John make me feel rushed or harried to make a decision and I was very pleased with his suggestions concerning vehicle choices based on my physical needs and affordability.

I have dealt with many dealerships over the decades and can easily say that no prior experience has been as pleasant and satisfying as it was at Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River. Anytime I've purchased vehicles in the past I've left those dealerships feeling I had just done battle with an adversary. This was not the case at Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River. Additionally I would like express how impressed I was with the clean and well kept acilities available to the customer. The restrooms were spotless and the waiting area very comfortable. Due to this recent experience I have already reccommended this dealership to friends who I know are interested in purchasing vehicles and will continue to do so in the future.
