My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
I don’t normally write these types of reviews but I thought I would share my experience at Pinnacle Nissan with everyone. I bought a new Nissan Altima last month and had a great experience. Alex, the GM, was helpful in my transaction, I thought by going back to would have the same experience with the next car I purchased. I definitely was correct!! Alex treated my girlfriend and myself as if we were family. He made sure our purchase was as great of an experience as our first. He worked with the salesman to help us make this deal work for us. I was very happy to have worked with Laith, the salesman. He was not only funny but he did everything in his power to make this purchase as smooth as possible. I would recommend using Laith if you are looking for a car. Alex & Laith worked the numbers and I purchased the vehicle. When I went into finance the great experience was continued. Mike was funny and explained everything to us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys for your hard work!! When I go to look for my sports car, Pinnacle will be my first choice.

I went to Pinnacle Nissan today to look at a used murano. Eric and Bill worked the numbers out, and made it really affordable for me. The place was clean and everyone was freindly. I was surprised that it was such a easy process to buy a car from this dealership. I have bought cars at other places and it was never this easy.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
I bought a fully loaded Maxima last Monday at Pinnacle. My salesman, Nick, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. He made our experience completely hassle-free and we also got a great deal on our trade. Cookie was equally helpful to us and had a clear answer to all of our questions. We also met the general manager while there. Alex stopped by our table as we were finishing our purchase and introduced himself giving us his card with a request to contact him for any reason. I was very impressed that he would take the time to do that, as he went around meeting the many customers that were there.
Having purchased 16 vehicles so far in my lifetime, I can honestly say that this last experience was the easiest and most comfortable to date. i strongly recommend this dealership.

BRUCE WEISS AND MIKE MCKENNA are THE biggest liars and scammers i have EVER met in my life. i cant speak for anyone else there, but if you are unlucky enough to get either of these creeps, ask for someone else or LEAVE. you will thank me later! worst new car buying experience i have EVER had. to the owner of pinnacle nissan: did you really hire these people? ANd i guarantee you these past few reviews here giving pinnacle nissan 5 stars are pinnacle nissan employees.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
We went to Pinnacle Nissan last weekend to trade in my wife's piece of junk car and get something a little bigger and nicer. They had some really nice used muranos online, so I sent in a request after work at around 7pm, Bill the sales guy got back to me in MINUTES, I was shocked. Very friendly and we got the credit check out of the way online as well... when we went in, Bill gave us (& the kids) popcorn and bottled water. Steve is his manager, and also very friendly. we went to pinnacle when we were looking for our previous car, but we we ended up buying our car from a guy online only to later find out it was wrecked before (what a mistake). Steve gave us a car-fax that shows if it ever was wrecked, how many owners, even showed some of the service done to it. Speaking of last time... they remodeled inside, it looks really nice. We met the new big boss Alex, we don't think he was the owner, but he was definately in charge and took time to check in us. Overall, my opinion is go online and send in a request. We expected to spend all weekend buying a car, but since I sent in my internet request on a Thursday, we had a lot of the stuff out of the way. We walked in the next Saturday morning at about 10 and was driving our new (well, new to us) murano by 1. What a relief! I read some of the negative comments on here and I don't think they are talking about the same place.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
I bought my altima here. I spent 3 hours at the dealership trying to make up my mind (and my husband's) on what kind of car we really wanted. Our salesman was friendly and courteous and totally dedicated to our needs. His manager was equally courteous and gave us a quality experience, never felt pushed or forced into anything, just educated. I will most definitely recommend Pinnacle to my friends and family.

The deal I got on my Maxima was better then any other dealer in town. My sales person and his manager new I was on a time restriction when I came in, and had all the paperwork ready. After the purchase they have continued to answer my questions. I will refer all my friends to Pinnacle Nissan

The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It would appear that the word Honesty has never entered into this dealerships vocabulary! Stear Clear of them. Complete frustration from beginning to end! They just want your money they are not interested in "service" of selling you a car in an HONEST way. More than 12 people I worked with, for someone to finally just say we can not make this happen after a week of working with complete incompetent individuals! If you are interested in waisting time this is the dealership for you. RUN AWAY! lots of other dealers to work with that are QUALIFIED to deal with a consumer!

Pinncle Nissan are so nice.I read some of the other reviews and I dont believe its the same dealership.Our salesperson knew everything about the car and showed us how everything worked.They gave us a fleet price and then had me ring the gong which was really cool.I would recommend this dealership to my family.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
I wish that i had read all the negative reviews before going into this place. I should have gotten the clue from the salesman when he said within 5 minutes of me being there that "we have a bad rep, but we are trying to get better"(bruce). let me tell you, its painfully said to see a grown man like him lie and scheme the way he did. plus the guy didnt have a clue about the vehicle he was selling, nor did he know what options were standard on the vehicle. then when you tell him that it is supposed to be included in the base vehicle he gets all pissy and says ok then ill throw it in. gee thanks bruce for throwing in an item that is SUPPOSED to be there. i could go on about this guy and his pathetic attempts at making you feel like he cares about you as a customer, and you know what, i will. i mean when he keeps saying to you how much money he is personally making or losing on a deal, well come one, a little professionalism please. oh and please guy, save your BS lines like "its all about you", "my middle name is service", "leave it to me" etc etc blah blah, i could see right thru it. do people actually fall for that crap? now if you somehow make it past the saleman and get into financing and you happen to get mike m, RUN. this guy is without question THE biggest scam artist and liar i have EVER had the displeasure of meeting. after spending less than 5 minutes listening to this guy i had to get up and leave. after making it past his army of puppets (yes the salesman are mere puppets for the finance managers) and other finance managers who look like they just graduated high school, i was gone from that place faster than usain bolt running the 40. ill find my armada elsewhere thank you. i give pinnacle 1 star only for selling nissans. and please, get rid of that "pinnacle promise", its a complete joke. heres my own "promise"... i promise to tell everyone i personally know and every website that i can write a review on how terrible pinnacle nissan is!
