Mr. Robbins met us with a smile and "how can I help you" as we approached the front door. We explained our reasons for being there and he addressed those without wasting time. He was most helpful with explaining the features of different models and again explaining these during test drives. We had not intended to purchase during this visit, but we did. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and forthright. Mr. Robbins was also very patient during his review of the vehicle's features. Without hesitation, I will recommend this dealership in the future.

Dan was very helpful getting me out of a lease and into a new car meeting all my requirements in short period of time. Internet Sales Manager has very good written communications prior to arriving at dealership and provided a detailed quote as requested. He was willing to work with us to match other prices we obtained that were lower. Excellent post sales with detailed review of features, introduced to Service Dept and even filled up gas tank. Finance Manager explained all options thoroughly.

I was interested in leasing a Nissan. I visited with Walter and he showed me the various models and I said I wanted to drive the Sentra. It was really a wonderful car and while driving Walter talked about the various features of the vehicle - the way it accelerated, the braking system, radio, air conditioning, safety features, etc. This vehicle has everything you could possibly imagine to make driving it a joy. With Walter's assistance, I moved through the entire decision-making-experience with ease. I sincerely "enjoyed" the entire time spent. This is the model that all other dealerships should follow.

I was happy with my overall experience. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. I presented the dealer with the information on what I wanted to pay and they did their best to meet those expectations. I would have prefered that all pricing information be provided on the website so less negotiation was required. My questions were thoroughly answered and I was provided with all the necessary information in order to make an informed decision. I have already recommended this dealer to others.

Exceptional service. Went above and beyond. Ensured my needs were met. I felt comfortable the entire time. I enjoyed side conversations with the staff while waiting for paperwork to process. I felt I could trust information that was being given to me. I appreciated the style of negotiation. They didnt come back with some ridiculous offer. The customer service here is held to a high standard. I left with almost exactly what I wanted for a great price. My financial situation was considered and not thrown out the door like I had hidden money. I mostly dealt with Dan Jensens and fully enjoyed the experience. I also spoke with brad (manager) briefly and enjoyed that, as well as james in the financing department was very nice and honest and helpful. Thanks guys !

My husband and I visited Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale after seeing an advertisement online for a used 2012 Nissan Altima at the dealership. Before leaving for the dealership I called and spoke with Chris who confirmed that the vehicle was still available. On our way to the dealership, Eugene called to let us know that he would be happy to help us once we arrived at the dealership. Once we got there, Eugene was assisting another customer, but we were introduced to JJ. He was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable salesman. He explained that the Altima we originally came to see had been sold that afternoon. He took the time to show us the same year and model car that they had on the lot. Unfortunately, my husband was set on a black or white car, which they did not have in stock. JJ offered to show us a new 2013 Altima and promised in doing so to keep our budget in mind. Once we saw the brand new Altima, we fell in love. JJ was very helpful throughout the negotiation process. We feel like both parties agreed on a great price for the car, as well as for our trade in vehicle. We couldn't have been happier dealing with JJ.

John treated me as he would want his family/daughters to be treated. I feel that i can trust him completely. Which to me, is very important.
My parents passed when I was in junior high and growing up on my own was difficult at times (lacking guidance). Especially, when it came to big decisions... such as purchasing a car. I have felt that other dealerships/salesmen have taken advantage of me in the past. I did not/do not feel that way with John. I truly believe he genuinely cares about each of his customers. Friendly, the new GM made an instant connection and made me feel at home from the second I walked in the door. Justin and Eugene took the timet to explain everything in detail to be sure I understood my first time leasing! Great experience and would recommend using their services to family and friends. Very happy with my decision and love my new car :)

Once again sales people who convince you they can give you the best price fall short. I bought the car for $1700.00 more than their own advetized price on their web site. They refused to honor the price online with a bunch of lame excuses. In fact I could have bought a car from someone else cheaper and a upper version from the SL to the LE. VERY UNHAPPY
