My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
After one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership, I am so glad I found this site. I have purchased many cars over my life and have never been insulted so much within a few hours. Not only did the numbers not add up correctly on the paperwork, they would not let up on the add on's. The goal of Pinnacle Nissan is to wear you down to the point of just wanting to sign so you can be done. I didn't fall for it. They not only lost a sale, they will never sell me a car. EVER!

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
I had been doing plenty of internet homework to avoid the whole dealership hassle, with no results.. After numerous unanswered email requests, I decided to actually take a call from Steve with the result of " I can't give you info over the phone or internet, you will need to come in." ( exactly what I wanted to avoid ). I agreed to go in due to the fact that all of the vehicles I was interested in where IN-STOCK. I arrived on time and waited about half an hour to be told that Steve was not going to be in.. The gentelman that had the dubious task of helping me ( Neal )took down my info that I had already gave to Steve.. We made our way to the lot to find one of the 15+ cars I would have settled for, to find that not even 1 was in stock.. Now Neal was very helpful with my extremely negative attitude, did not make me wait, or try to sell me anything that I didn't want.. Basically I think he was playing damage control from yet another upset customer. I don't know why I'm supprised at my outcome, as I have only had one good car buying expierence in the last 10 years @ Midway Nissan.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
Chris Cady was extremely rude, Martin Peters should be ashamed of his dealership and the way that they treat their customers. Our overall experience was awful and the "we owe" that we were given and promised was never taken care of. Martin Peters guarantees customer satisfaction, but does not follow through with this promise.

Just an update on the $297.00 we were owed. A few weeks ago, we were contacted by Virginia Lara in customer service. After explaining the situation to her she was able to help us get our money back. She was very polite, courteous, kind and professional. In fact, we got our money back within a week. They were even kind enough to bump it up to an even $300 as a good will gesture. I still do not recommend PINNACLE NISSAN!

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
Terrible dealership. Worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Had a scheduled and confirmed appointment with Jeff Kerns and he never showed up. We were coming from 150 miles away and were there for 2-hours and he never showed. The used car he told us about never even existed at the dealership and they tried pulling the bait-and-switch of a more expensive car with less options. Also the payments the sales person was calculating was $40/month higher than the true calculation - - beware of hidden costs and add-ons with Pinnacle Nissan.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
In Feb 07, we purchased a brand new 07 Nissan van from this dealership. The van is awsome, no problems. The sales woman AMY FERRILY, was nice to us while we were there. When we got home, we double checked the contract to make sure they did not charge us for anything we did not agree on and guess what, they DID!

We called AMY and she blamed someone else and then she stopped answering her cell phone or returning our calls. We contacted TODD GREENBURG THE DIRECTOR FOR NEW CARS and this guy is an idot. He is very, very RUDE and was of no help. After we told him AMY lied to us and we did not agree on any EXTRA STUFF he basically told us too bad you signed the contract and he stopped returning our calls.

The next IDIOT we delt with is CHRIS CADY, he is just like the other ones. A LIER who doesn't return phone calls.

So if you are in the market for a NISSAN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We are in the process of filing a complaint with the B.B.B. and we will see how that goes.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
I bought Murano from them (it was second car I ever bought; first car buy was with help of my friend). They re-printed contact in finance department almost dozen times. Each time they either told me that they forgot to include price of Automate ($600), or Tire pressure indicators (hundreds $$), or safety print on windows. I was so tired that I signed contract just to get home. Next day I read contract and found that they included ~6000 over what the price we agreed on. Will never buy from them. Liars! Bad service!

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
Finance Dept. is full of liars. They pressure you into buying extended warranties and add ons., and mis-lead you about the price. When you challenge them, they lie.
I even went and sat down with someone who told me his name was Frank Anderson, finance Manager. He lied and when I called
to complain about his lies, I was told no one by that name ever worked there!
Liars Liars Liars.
I wil never do business with them again.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
This is buy far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. It was not so much the salesman but the finance department. I found a car I wanted and was ready to buy, filled out all of the paperwork etc.
For the following 3 wks I got nothing but the run around on my financing-1st they said I was approved, then they told me I wasn't, then they said they submitted the wrong pay (I was told the copys of my paystubs were misplaced) so they just estimated what I made, which was less then what I actually make, so I had to bring my paystubs back in. Then they said I needed a cosigner (which I have never needed the last 2 times I bought a car) then they said I didn't need one. . and on and on. I don't think I dealt with the same person once during any of this and no one seemed to know what was going on.
Finally I told them to forget it and that I no longer wanted the car. I went to return the car and pick up my trade-in. . . the stereo out of my trade in was missing! had to wait 3 days before it was returned!
Needless to say I bought my car from another dealership which was much more professional and in the end, ended up with a car I love.
Bottom line- From my experience with Pinnacle Nissan, I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership nor recommend them to anyone.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
Mislead and flat out lied to my 21 year old son regarding the purchase. Told him he had to buy the car as he signed the worksheet and then pushed him to take it home so he had possesion. He really was not planning to buy ta car and was just looking. he was unable to reach us as we were out of town. The next day we went in and talked to Dave to remove the warranty and other items Shawn was told he would not be charged for. they shook our hands and said as it had not been sent out yet, they would rewrite it and have son sign it the next day while he sat around waiting for them to detail and fix a chip. Dave hid all day. they put it through with everything on it. Cancelled warranty, now found out I have to get the check from Pinnacle. Now they just hide. Son learned a lot. NEVER GO TO PINNACLE!!!
