My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
Mislead and flat out lied to my 21 year old son regarding the purchase. Told him he had to buy the car as he signed the worksheet and then pushed him to take it home so he had possesion. He really was not planning to buy ta car and was just looking. he was unable to reach us as we were out of town. The next day we went in and talked to Dave to remove the warranty and other items Shawn was told he would not be charged for. they shook our hands and said as it had not been sent out yet, they would rewrite it and have son sign it the next day while he sat around waiting for them to detail and fix a chip. Dave hid all day. they put it through with everything on it. Cancelled warranty, now found out I have to get the check from Pinnacle. Now they just hide. Son learned a lot. NEVER GO TO PINNACLE!!!

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
I bought a 2004 Nissan Sentra from Pinnacle Nissan 2 months ago. I had some issues with the auto and was told that the General Manager, Martin Peters, would call me. This was promised several times by several employees over the 2 month time frame. I emailed and sent a certified letter (return receipt) and to this day he has not returned my call. To top the whole experience off, I even called Nissan customer assistance and sent a letter and all they say is "it's a dealer issue and I need to talk to them". I tried to get the name of a parent company for Pinnacle Nissan and was told by Mr. Peters assistant that they have no parent co and Mr Peters doesn't answer to anybody. I have never received such terrible customer service in any dealings with a retail store, let alone a car dealer.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
Their finance departments are crooks in suits. I received the perfect car, at the perfect price. Then came the finance dept. I told them I did not want any extended warranties, due to the fact that I could buy the same warranty over the net @ a better price. Then they claimed that there was Low-Jack already installed on my 04 Armada and I had to pay $3,000 extra. I requested it removed and the finance dept. Said they couldn't. I went back to the sale manager in fury, and demanded the reason there was a Low Jack on my vehicle with out my consent. The sales manager told me there wasn't any on my vehicle extra that the sales dept didn't already disclose to me. I marched back to the finance dept. and told them I no longer want to purchase the vehicle, all of the sudden the $3000 came off my contract.

If you have any other questions regarding this matter
dan_abdel@yahoo.com
My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
Put American Racing wheels on my 99 Pathfinder. First time the wheels were balanced at Pinnacle the job was perfect, serviceman rode with me and showed me the computer print out for each wheel.
Second time I brought the Pathfinder in for wheel balance, was told that wheels were incorrect for vehicle and was sold another set of wheels for roughly $800. Sold the first set for $100. I was very angry, took Pinnacle's decal off the vehicle and sold the vehicle. From all the problems and the other complaints on this website I doubt I will ever buy another Nissan.

My Review of Pinnacle Nissan:
Some of the people at Pinnacle are nice enough, but they failed to meet their committments on several occasions. For example, I purchased a used 2002 300i from them a few weeks ago and they failed to accurately disclose the condition of the car. They claimed it was 'perfect' and 'like new' and it was not close. It had a broken driver's window mechanism, scratched wheel, broken interior trim, etc. In addition, RG claimed the car had all records, accessories and keys. It did not and they have never produced them nor have they compensated me for the oversight. To top all of this, the car was several days late on delivery due to some confusion at the dealership and shipper. This caused me to miss the car and have to spend more than $500 to fly back to meet the car at a later date. You guessed it. After a visit to Valencia BMW (very nice), the car is near perfect except for the scratched wheel and missing keys. Pinnacle has failed to respond to any recent communications and failed to assist in any way. Even the G.M. has offered no help what so ever. Overall, they do not keep their word, misrepresent their vehicles and do not do business fairly. I recommend finding another dealership. Email me for any additional information tarnold@yahoo.com .
