I HAVE TO SAY THAT MY EXPERIENCE WITH BOB STEWART WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. IT STARTED AS AN INTERNET SALE AND HE RESPONDED TO ME IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. I CONTACTED HIM THE NEXT MORNING AND WE QUICKLY WORKED A DEAL OVER THE PHONE. THE CAR WAS BEING PURCHASED FOR CASH AND I NEEDED TO GET IN AND OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AS MY SCHEDULE WAS VERY PRESSING THAT AFTERNOON. I WAS ALREADY STRESSED WITH MY DAYS SCHEDULE WHEN MY BUSINESS PARTNER DECIDED TO SEND ME TO BUY A CAR THAT DAY. I EXPLAINED MY NEEDS TO BOB AND HE MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS READY AND WAITING FOR ME. HE WENT THROUGH ALL THE FEATURES ON THE CAR AND THE SERVICE GUIDE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CLEARLY. HE GAVE US A TOUR OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I FELT THAT OUR NEEDS WERE IMPORTANT TO HIM AND WE WERE HIS PRIORITY AT THAT MOMENT.

I HAD BEEN TO HENDERSON HYUNDAI THE NIGHT BEFORE AND WAS GREETED BY NON PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND THE PLACE WAS WHAT I CONSIDERED THE GHETTO. SO WHAT A RELIEF WHEN I WALKED INTO PLANET HYUNDAI..IT WAS CLEAN THE EMPLOYEES WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DRESSED FOR THE JOB...BOY WAS I IMPRESSED.

I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM HYUNDAI'S TO BMW'S. I HAVE DEALT WITH DEALERS MANY MANY TIMES AND MOST OF THE TIME IT IS A VERY FRUSTRATING SITUATION. I AM USUALLY GUARDED AND PREPARED TO DO WAR. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH BOB. HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND GENUINE KINDNESS MADE MY EXPERIENCE A DELIGHT.

Dear Planet Hyundai,
My son needed a car and your dealership made some pretty big claims about trade in, finance and service. I am pleased to say what was promised WAS delivered. It is RARE in any business that involves customer service where that happens and even less common in car sales. I live in California and my son lives Las Vegas which presented an uncommon situation for us. Both Bob Stewart in sales and Bob Rasgaitis in finance were able to coordinate all of the transaction so I could fly in and do what was needed in less than four hours with normal expected hurdles to cross. The car was ready, clean and waiting for us when we got there. Bob explained the functions of the car in a very timely and understandable manner. I have to say I have not had as smooth a transaction with a car dealer before. I will recommend your dealership if there ever is an opportunity. Thank you for integrity, honesty and professionalism.

My Review of Planet Hyundai:
I was told by a friend that Hyundai was having great sales. I was going to buy in Kingman arizona, however, my friend gave me Bob's e-mail address.

I e-mailed him and got things going. I was able to pick out the vehicle and color that I wanted. Got a great price and the payments that I wanted.

I was so happy that I brought my mom back and she baught a new vehicle from him also. One of our friends is also looking into getting a vehicle from Planet Hyundai.

My experience was excellent! Bob Stewart went above and beyond the call helping me deal with the USBank lease return and even agreed to pay additional cost for the lease close.

I am very happy with my new 2011 Sonata and look forward to a long relationship with this company.

This is by far the greatest experience I have ever had. Most Dealerships will try to give you the run a round and they somehow "lose" your keys and are really pushy. Not the case with Planet Hyundai, between the friendly and helpful staff and great incentives I would recommend Planet Hyundai to anyone!

I am very happy the outcome of my visit with this dealership. I end up of traded-in my old Santa Fe to a 2010 Santa Fe.
Mr. Ismael Legaspi, one of the dealers, helped me realized the important of having the best new car I ever wanted. I love HYUNDAI. I have been buying Hyundai for awhile because of thier best warranty, their excellent service to the consumers, and excellent vehicles. This dealership is very accomodating to their customers. I will recommend PLANET HYUNDAI to all my friends who want to buy vehicles because they will deal with your needs the best they can ...... and of course you end up of getting one.

My Review of Planet Hyundai:
Chris was very good. He found the exact car I wanted in California, then had the sunroof cut and the windows tinted just like I wanted. The service department however, not do nice when I would call into to check on the car being finished. Also previously when I had gone into browse other salesman wouldn't take me seriously. I suggest if you go here to only see Chris Rogers.

My Review of Planet Hyundai:
I just bought a new Sonata at the Planet Hyundai store on Rainbow and Sahara in Las Vegas. My salesman was Toby Sullivan. I had been shopping around at other dealerships, and was not pleased at all with the customer service (or lack there of) I received. I already knew walking in the vehicle I was interested in. I new the color, and all of the upgrades I wanted as well. He worked with me to find the price I was comfortable with. Would walk away and let me have time to think of things on my own. He wasn't pushy and breathing down my neck the entire time. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Toby was very genuine. He was a straight shooter. I have no regrets about my purchase. I suggest everyone go see this young man, he deserves the business.

The sales associate and managers were willing to work with us. They really wanted our business and seemed to want to bend over backwards to make the sale for us. Everyone was very nice, friendly, and professional. It was nice to see the owner walking around and we were introduced to him.
