My Review of Planet Nissan:
Two years ago after I bought a 2005 Pathfinder there was a flood of calls and questionaires to fill out all asking how well the experience went. They got all their information in and made sure their ratings were good. Six weeks later, after I paid off the loan and received the title in the mail. Planet Nissan sent a letter asking for $15 for motor vehicle fees and if it was not paid they would stop titling work. As I said I already had the title
A visit to the dealer did nothing but create more hard feelings...they got their $15. I asked to be taken off their mailing list. They did not do it, after repeated e-mails and letters to be taken off the mailing list I was still getting mail. I went to the better business bureau. They ignored the better business bureau.

A year after the sale I again asked them to take me off the mailing list and they said it takes time...A year!???

I went to the attorney generals office and they had no choice but to respond. They told the attorney general they would take me off their mailing list.
Today June of 07 I am still getting solicitations in the mail. I am forwarding everything to the attorney general for suit.

My Review of Planet Nissan:
One hour after walking in the front door I was driving out with my new wheels. I shopped the internet and the large dealers in Phoenix. Jason Kitts beat them all by a considerable margin. This is an old fashioned smaller dealer: no bait and switch, no lies, the customer is treated with respect, no nickle and dime haggles. I previously had my 1999 vehicle serviced by these people. Their rates are fair, work was perfect and the vehicle was done at the time promised. I give them a 100% unconditional recommendation.
