Had a great experience (again) working with Manny. Manny accommodated my busy schedule, and kept the process moving forward. He's really friendly and knowledgeable, and overall great to work with. Went in for an oil change and came out with a broken ignition cylinder, car would not start, windows wide open under the rain, techs would take no responsibility at all. They wanted me to pay $1300+ for ignition cylinder, car would not start, windows wide open under the rain, techs would take no responsibility at all. They wanted me to pay $1300+ for repairs of the ignition as if it was my fault. I had to tow my car & take it somewhere else to have it fixed. Horrible experience! Not going back to that place & not recommending it to anyone. More
