My Review of Plaza Motor Company:
I asked for a lease quote on a E350 4Matic on their "Get a Quote Now" form. I get a generic response about how I'm lucky because Mercedes has some lease specials right now and I can get more details by following another link. Then if I have questions, feel free to ask. Okay, so I follow the link and get the standard MB advertisement.....I didn't exactly need to contact the internet manager for this info. In any case, I email back asking for specific such as drive away inception payment, money factor, residual value. Never heard from him again. The irony of it all is that I was ready to get a Benz. All he had to do was get me something in the ballpark. After not hearing from him for a couple days, I decided I didn't want to do business with these guys so I went and bought a BMW. No matter, the BMW is fantastic so it was truly a blessing in disguise that Plaza was so incompetent. After reading the previous customer's comments, it looks like my experience is not unique. Yes, I am soooo glad I didn't buy from them.

My Review of Plaza Motor Company:
First it's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone. You get recordings to leave a message and then no return call sometimes until the next day.<br><br> They are so disconnected now from each other; service techicians in the garage, parts down the hill too, and service advisors in another building. I really don't think they CAN keep in touch with each other. It's like 'the left hand don't know what the right hand is doing.'<br>(Pardon the cliche).<br> I have actually had service advisors hang up on me. I can hear them pick up, breathe, and hang up. Perhaps they're just too busy for my business or they just don't need customers.<br>a new owner....sorry I bought from them!
