My Review of Pleasant Hills Chrysler Jeep:
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR SISTER STORES/BUYER BEWARE
Liars /thieves/ misleading/crooks (I had to seek a attorneys help) thier certified pre owned truck nearly killed me (steering locked up going around bends)And so many more problems.
They mislead me into thinking that they took the vehicle back and out of my name a couple days after i purchased it.They took all the keys,I took the plate ,empty my belongings out ETC...(more than 30 days later I learned they never took it out of my name ) there is this manager named larry welsh involved (THAT I HAVE NEVER MET )but he seem to know details ,Lie after ,lie after lie.
I will make sure it gets to the news stations after its all done

TELL EVERYONE DONT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES/

My Review of Pleasant Hills Chrysler Jeep:
I had my Jeep taken to Pleasant Hills Chrysler for some body repairs. Everyone there seemed very nice, and the work/quality was excellent. My vehicle was clean and neat when I picked it up! They seem to take great pride in their work. HOWEVER! When I went to the Body Shop office, you could not but notice the radio that was playing outside in the shop. They were playing some pornographic sounds of women (I think it was the HOWARD STERN show) and I found it very uncomfortable to wait there. I had to leave the office before I even got to talk to the manager. When exiting, I ran into a detailer/clean up gentleman who asked what was wrong. I guess he could tell by the look on my face. When I explained I was there to pick up my Jeep, he informed me it should be up front and I could pay for the service at the cashiers desk. I next informed him of the 'radio' garbage and he apologized for it and immediately turned the radio off. At which 3 employees yelled at him for doing so. I wish I got his name because he did not back down from them and told them they should keep their mouths shut and get back to work.

I have always had my service done here and always get good service at a great price.

My Review of Pleasant Hills Chrysler Jeep:
I had a run in with a deer and a friend recommended the Body Shop at Pleasant Hills Chrysler. The Body work was done like new, but the great thing was that they had their detailer (Ron) clean it up. My car NEVER, and I mean NEVER looked that good. The whole car looked as good as the newly painted area. He even put new car plastic mats on my floor and the trunk! I will be back just for the details.

BTW---There is a service writer named DAVE who was a jerk. When He found out I was looking for the Body Shop he acted like I was never there. If anyone would go in for service I would go the the younger guy there with him.

The sales staff was also looking at me like a piece of meat. I guess they were too stupid to think I couldn't see their reflections in the door glass!

Stay with the Body Shop and Detail and you will be fine. Stay away from the rest of the Dealership.

It must be nice to rate yourself, if you are going to falsify customer testimonials be smart about it, I mean your user name and your statement about yurself match each other. Unbelievable, and 3 of these 5 comments were made by the same person and in CAPITOL LETTERS, unreal!!! If you think salesmen are liars then this dealership exemplifies this trait. There are plenty of Chrysler Jeep and Dodge dealers in the area, take some advice and find another to work with.

1st time in. A deer hit my 03 Grand Cher. The bodyshop mgr treated me like family. Assured me that the vehicle would be like new and it was. I strongly recommend this dealership

I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN FOR ROUTINE SERVICE AND AN OIL CHANGE, AND JOHN GAUDEN WAS THE PERSON I DEALT WITH. HE WAS VERY KIND, LOOKED ME IN THE EYES AND HE SEEMED VERY GENUINE. I WAS TREATED LIKE MY CAR WAS BRAND NEW INSTEAD OF BEING 6 YEARS OLD. THANKS JOHN

MR CARPENTER IS THE INTERNET MANAGER THERE AND HE RESPONDED TO MY E-MAILS IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT HIS PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS OUTSTANDING. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND I AM VERY GRATEFUL. I LOVE MY NEW JEEP AND WILL RECOMMEND PLEASANT HILLS CHRYSLER JEEP TO ALL MY FRIENDS LOOKING FOR A NEW OR USED CAR. THANKS CHAD
