My Review of Pomoco Chrysler Kia Hampton:
Beware they sell lemons. We bought a used Chrysler Town and Country from them mid-March 2007. When we got the car it had no gas and desperately needed to be detailed - we didn't complain because they gave a fair deal on our trade-in. We did not purchase the extended warranty - big mistake. The van's transmission blew just 5 days after the warranty expired. When we contacted Pomoco to see what they would do to help us the response from both the salesman and the manager was, "Guess you should have bought the extended warranty." No apology, no offers of help to fix the problem or cover part of the cost... nothing. Now one week later the power locks are not working. I am going to contact the BBB and file a complaint. Definitely do not take your business there!!
