This dealership is like no other in it's class! Can you say friendly and great customer service? I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Will Renner,Larry and Dave. Will, is full of product knowledge and passion for the Ford & Lincoln vehicles. Larry & Dave are great hard working F&I managers. The rest of the team is also very special as well. They have a tech named Joe which helped me out when I took the car in for service. Joe answered all my question's in regards to my new car's maintenance plan. Also, Will and his partner John Snell are very attentive to all of my needs when I'm at the dealership... I have been purchasing vehicles from Michael Goch for a long time. My daughter have also purchase vehicles from him as well. He is very professional and he cares about his customers experience when purchasing a car. I have also recommended family members to purchase from Michael. When shopping for a new 2012 car, I was fortunate to encounter John Snell at Pompano Ford Lincoln. He was very professional, knowledgeable and low key. Because my last car was purchased in 1999, I had a lot of questions about the new features and technology. John was very patient and explained all of the options without any pressure to buy. I was impressed with the staff that I met at Pompano Ford Lincoln and recommend working with John because he does not use high pressure tactics when showing cars.

Alway an excellent experience having my Ford Explorer serviced whenever requirwd. The service lane is almost always busy, but, the servise is reasonably fast and I am in and out in a short time. Dennis Green is always friendly and works very hard to satisfy customers. I always enjoy a donut or two while waiting. Service is Five Star - Plus !

Brought my Mercury for "check engine" light on more than one occasion. They never fixed it and charged me excessive amounts for work. I finally took the car to an independent mechanic and he fixed it the first time at half the price Pompano Ford charged. I would not return to this dealer for service ever again.

Had to have alternator replaced. Service was done very quickly. Much faster than I expected. Service keep me informed. Only drawback was cost was $100 more than quoted.

This was't my 1st time there, so Im used to getting great service and gettting out within the time Dennis told me. All expectations were met. I wont got anywhere else to have my Escape serviced

Bad pricing, bad timeliness (I brought my car in on a Monday morning and asked for the service to be completed by Wednesday, but it wasn't done until Thursday)
Also, it seemed I was "nickle and dimed", charged for nearly every little thing. And I was charged "list price", with no discount. My initial estimate for service was $600, but I ended up paying $1302!
