missrepresented, lied. very poor response. Bottom line sold me a car for 77k with 9k miles that had had major body work done and did not disclose. Porsche the manufact. had to get involved. These guys are far from honest

My Review of Porsche of North Scottsdale:
Terrible experience. First, I call on Sat May 8th and Dave in service told me he was booked up but no problem to bring it in the next Sat. The next Sat I arrived at 9 AM to find out there was no appointment made for me - Le Ann ask me if I still wanted to leave it there - Like now, it's all my time - Well at least they gave me a economy rental car while my car was there. Le Ann told me she would call me when she found out when they could get to the car. Monday afternoon I stop by and they haven't even looked at the car, plus she said Dave said I never ask for an appointment - That was not true - After inquiring Le Ann told me my car was still in a (get to it when you can ) status. She didn't even book me with an apointment after I came in Sat morning. Finally picked up my car on Thursday afternoon - 30K service. 700.00 dollars. With an estimate for other repairs of roughly 5,500.00 dollars. Here's the real issue, I do not think the mechanic knew what he was doing. He wants to charge me 415.00 dollars for a windshield washer pump and reservoir but fails to tell me about the back brake calipers not working right - they were rusted shut. By the way all four calipers were not operating correctly and even though he told me about new front rotors and brake pads, he didn't mention about the calipers on front either. What did I pay these guys for ??? My first and last experience with these rip off artists. Do they think just because we drive Porsche's that we have no mechanical intelligence and believe anything they tell us ????

My Review of Porsche of North Scottsdale:
Oh they came so close! I was sniffing around the P-cars for about a year before I decided to pull the trigger. Partially, I was waiting to see what the new Boxster would look like.

Kevin was patient and worked with me over the phone. He was honest and took time every time I visited in person. He did a great job and was about 1 day from getting my order when my Carrera became available and I snatched it up.

I would easily do business with them again and recommend them. Maybe next time....
