Cragg is what every dealership should strive for. Professional, reliable, and always on top of things. There are plenty of dealerships by my office in Tysons Corner but none are on the same level as Cragg and Porsche Silver Spring.

My Review of Porsche of Silver Spring:
Allen goes to great lengths to ensure that my Porsche is fully serviced, but within the budget I can afford. He lets me know those things I must do now, and which ones I can put off until later. My 911 (which I bought off eBay) is now in tip top running order and I did not have to go into debt to get it there, in large part due to Allen's excellent work.

Porsche of Silver Spring is as awesome as the vehicles they sell. I found a Used Cayenne for my wife. We went in there and the experience was fantastic. Casey knew everything about the vehicle and its past owners. His product knowledge and expertise made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.... Larry and his team made us customers for life. In turn i decided to purchase a vehicle for myself from their sister store-BMW of Silver Spring.

We picked up a used Porsche Cayenne through sales associate Casey Parkin. The entire process was completely smooth and seamless, start to finish. They had the car we wanted, the right price, and a great attitude about everything. I had chance to talk with some of the back office and garage staff, and every single person had the same enthusiasim as the showroom staff. My Review of Porsche of Silver Spring:
Casey Parkin and Porsche of Silver Spring made our Porsche buying experience a great and memorable experience. Casey contacted us based on our using USAA to inquire about Porsches. Casey's knowledge of the Porsche line and his professional and non-pushy attitude were apparent in his emails, phone contacts and in person and were very much appreciated by my wife and I, who had done our research and knew that the used 2009 Cayenne S which was presented in excellent condition by Casey was priced very fairly. The car was so well maintained and cleaned up by Casey that it feels new, and that is with 29,000 miles on it. Casey made us feel special throughout the experience, feeding off our excitement at purchasing a vehicle we had long dreamed of owning. Casey is a cut above any other dealer representatives we have interacted with - a straight shooter who provides the facts, while providing the exceptional level of service that we think of when we think of Porsche. He and his team made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. Our heartfelt thanks to Casey and the Porsche of Silver Spring team.

Overall, my experience with Tischer Porsche, to date, has been most favorable. Sales rep Casey Parkin was most helpful and patient with a middle- aged first time Porsche purchaser. My Review of Porsche of Silver Spring:
Brought my 2006 911 Carrera S in for yearly service. It was very easy to make an appointment with George, the service advisor. There were several issues, including a beep prior to starting the car, that I needed corrected. It was a hard diagnosis and took a few days, mainly because they had to remove the entire hood, but George kept me informed the entire time. The car was in the shop for 5 days but they gave me a 2010 Mercedes loaner to use. I also had a coupon which they honored for 10% off, which made the total price less then all other dealers. All in all, great experience. Jay Sponseller, who runs the parts/service for Tischer, is also a great person to deal with.

A great experience. Casey was very knowledgeable (and persuasive). He dealt fairly and in a straightforward way. He was ready with a fair price -- no games. And post-sale he remained accessible to answer questions. I could not have had a better car buying experience unless they just gave the thing to me.
