My Review of Portsmouth Ford:
Brought my focus in for service and they put a big dent in the molding on the drivers door... That was last year.... Brought it back in for service yesterday 9/13/04 and when I picked it up they had it parked so I couldn't see the back of it... So on my way home I stopped for gas and noticed that someone hit something with my car... there is a huge black mark like tar on my rear bumper and red paint everywhere... So I called them when I got home and I have to go back down so they can take a look at it... This is total B.S.!!!! You take your car in for service and it comes out damaged, mind you I'm still paying on this car.... So needless to say I won't be dealing with them again after they fix the damage they caused... Don't ever go there..... EVER!!!!!!!!!! My sister has a buch of friends from work that used to go there for service and they have stopped because of the attitudes and the poor service...
