My Review of Potamkin Toyota Mazda & VW:
first i LEASED a 2004 pheoton from you in 01/01/2004<br><br>THAT I TRULY LOVE!!!<br><br>I PUT TO YOU MY RECOMMENDATIONS<br><br>a-you try to teach all those that have contact with customers that<br> when we pay more, we expect more.<br><br>b-the customer should not have to to bring to the attention that basic<br> services although not free for most vw cars are actually free for the<br> Pheaton. it is very very poor quality care when that accurs.<br><br>c-never take pleasure in the fact that a performed service is actually<br> very costly and the customer is right there listening.<br><br>after owninig most of the high end cars that have been available to me<br><br>i regret to say that vw dealers as a hole are still not ready for this<br><br>market, either in sales or in service.<br><br>its painfull to say that i truly am considering the W-12 but in <br><br>retrospect the overall experiance is weighing greatly against it.<br><br>this is with a sampling of 3 dealers in the tristate area.<br><br>cordially &amp; regretfully<br><br>RRR

My Review of Potamkin Toyota Mazda & VW:
Potamkin bounced a refund check made to me as a payment to close out a lease.<br><br>I called believing it was a simple mistake and spoke to Mark who represented that he was a manager. For over a week I have struggled unsuccessfully for a resoloution to the problem, they have ignored me. I have now contacted VW USA in the hope they will intervene in my behalf. If they fail me the next step is an attorney.<br><br>This dealership is worse than Crazy Eddie. Avoid them at all costs.
