My Review of Poway Toyota Scion:
Dishonest business practice. They would quote you a price and you would think that is what you are going to get, but during the agreement they would change the terms and condition. Beware, avoid going in there. Also they would try to sell all kind of add-on packages. If you don't agree they would just shut the door on you. The most dishonest people I have ever seen.

My Review of Poway Toyota Scion:
Buyer Beware!

We used to buy all our cars from Poway Toyota. I would say that as long as nothing comes up you will be fine.

Do not expect them to honor any of your agreements, contracts or warranties.

I have been dealing with issues on a warranty for 4 years with no success.

The warranty has now ended. It is time to deal with a lawyer now. Dealing with Poway Toyota has been my worst buyer experience.

My Review of Poway Toyota Scion:
After goming into town from elsewhere, I was having problems with a Toyota Certified vehicle. The work should have been covered by warranty, but I was informed that it would not be, because the car was not bought at the deakership! (I thought they represented Toyota???)

Awful place - go elsewhere!

My Review of Poway Toyota Scion:
My sales people were TOM and ROB (both seem honest, but full of B.S.)

They sold me a used car, with a "personal guarantee" that there would be no problems and if there was something serious wrong they would repair it, because they "are a trusted dealership."

First week of driving I found my car to get 15mpg in stead of the expected 25, obviously something seriously wrong. I called them and asked them to make good on their word. Without even offering to inspect the car, they said "you bought is AS IS, sorry."

My Review of Poway Toyota Scion:
I would strongly suggest a NO NO to buy from this dealership.

They have a very rude and un-knowledgeable staff. When i entered the dealership, I was greeted by one sales person who showed us the car but the answer to most of our questions regarding the features etc was seemd to come from a salesman who knows very little.

Then we were handed over to a new salesman and when we started price negotations he was quoting very high prices initially.

Then the third salesman named Frank came and he was very rude. At that time we just got up and left the dealership.

STRONG NO TO THIS DEALER. I THINK THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE
