My Review of Power Dodge Valencia:
sat 04-18I was on my way to buttonwillow and truck dummy bell went off 20mi. past valencia I was overheating.I pulled off the and called a tow I had it towed to the dealer for fear of being screwed by the smalltown mechanic. While waiting for the tow I checked the dip stick for fluid mix none I could find.After a hour and a $200 tow I was at the dealers.I gave the service guy the rundown and some history on the truck and started to ask questions being a motorhead. He could provide me no information other than it would take a $175 block check to get started I paid and my wife and I left.I called mon. at 6 and no word on the truck. 5 min later He called me back and said he it failed the block test and there was water in the oilMaybe it happened on the block test?or someone is lieingand at $1500 he had to pull the top end. I am 100mi. away what choice do i have?Do it. tues the service-guy calls me and says both heads are warped and need to be replaced.Options? According to this dealer new heads are no longer made, chrys. reman. are1380ea bare 5 to 7 weeks away or heads by "jasper" for 1380the pair complete today. the numbers seem funny, but at 1500 I am now commited.I was assured the best deal possible. No other dealer I called was over $1000ea for chrys.reman heads complete 5to10 day wait on parts. new heads were available according to 1 at 1240ea bare but months out. I got my final billa nd pick up call and the best deal I got was 4200. I took the laundry list of parts replaced and called 3 other dealers all others came in under 3700 with all chrys. reman or new parts. Where is the deal in that other than me getting screwed. I tried to call management a number of times and all I get ia a machine and no return calls. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THEM! I could say more but there is not enough room. The first and last time I will ever go to valencia dodge

The people at this dealership are A** Holes. Thank god my deal did not go through as I got a better 2009 Challenger fully loaded from Fleet at Big Valley Dodge... Definetly take your business to Van Nuys as Velencia they are deceptful even in a poor economy!!!!! I GIVE THIS WHOLE AUTO NATION DODGE VALENCIA "F" in every aspect!!!!!!

My Review of Power Dodge Valencia:
This dealership has RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employees. They have DAMAGED my vehicle on 2 occasions. I had heard "stories" about this dealership but they had the vehicle I was interested in and where local. Once you purchase a vehicle, they then treat you like dirt.
