Buying a car at this dealership was quick and painless! The customer service at Power Ford is excellent, they really treat you like you are family. Even one of the managers, Mitch said "Welcome to the Family" ! My salesman Terry Mohamadi was very professional and knowledgeable , he presented all of the options for me and was so patient and helpful. He even set up my SYNC system with my iphone!
I am enjoying my new car, and appreciated that Terry Mohamadi and Todd McNitt have followed up with me several times to ensure that I am satisfied. I have already recommended Power Ford in Tustin to many of my friends and co-workers, and will continue to spread the word that this is the place to buy your next car!

I'd like to thank Kemick Larson at Power Ford Lincoln of Tustin. I bought a 2013 F150 pick up and am very happy with the honest and professional service I received from Kemick Larson and the other members of the staff. Kemick was the first person to reply to my internet inquiry but he was the last person I called to set an appointment, after I had visited other dealers closer to home. Although all the dealers I made appointments with knew exactly what I was shopping for. The first dealer was not prepared for my visit. I sat there for an hour so they could review their inventory online and walked around the lot for another hour and found nothing close to what I was looking for. The second dealer told me he was holding for me the exact F150 I was looking for. I showed up for my appointment and the salesman had the day off. Another salesperson called him to find out what the stock number was or where the truck was located and was told it was being brought in from another location and will be there tomorrow. I walked around to see what they had in stock and seen nothing close to what I wanted. At this time I was frustrated since I been out shopping since 10:00 AM. I called Kemick at Power Ford Tustin at around 3:00 in the afternoon to ask if he had the truck he quoted to me online. I told him I was going to get angry if I came down and he didn't have it in stock. I did not have an appointment with him but he told me to come on in and he'll have it when I get there as it was at another lot. I waited about 10 minutes when I got there and he drove into the lot with the exact truck I've been looking for. My experience and service I received with Kemick Larson and the members of Power Ford of Tustin go above an beyond excellence in providing service and satisfaction to their customers.

Today I had my 2005 Navigator in the service department. I came in because my charging light was on. I have had little trouble with the vehicle up until now, with the exception of a rear axle seal leak under warranty. At first I was impressed with how quickly I was greeted at the place of business by "Lou" the service writer. My positive feelings quickly changed when the vehicle repairs were completed. I sat and waited for "Lou" while my vehicle sat parked in the lot waiting for him to deliver my keys, this took nearly 45 minutes.

The final price was more than I had been quoted and the bill for labor was inflated as I had personally watched how long my vehicle was in the service bay. In the end, what could have been a pleasant experience was deflated. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone seeking service

We were shopping for awhile trying to find the perfect car and we felt we had done a good amount of research prior to going to a dealership. But once we met Kemick we realized there was more to learn. He was very informative and helpful. We never felt we were at a car dealership. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. We went by one night when Kemick was off and Modesto helped us even though we weren't his client and treated us just as well as Kemick. We are very pleased not only with our experience but with our 2013 Ford Edge.

I walked away from two other Ford dealerships: one because although the personal were efficient, they were cold and impersonal; the second because they low-balled the offer on my trade-in to make up for the deal they didn't want to give me. Power Ford provided me with the best auto buying experience I have ever had! They were friendly but not obsequious; efficient without being cold; fair in the business practices AND gave me every thing I really wanted and needed. I am so happy with my new C-Max. And I felt that both Kenmik and Aaron (as well as Rami in finance) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure, just honest people doing an honest job. I was really impressed! I have already told three friends who are in the market for cars to go see Power Ford!

Excellent experience. I am a pain in the butt for a dealership and having been treated accordingly at many a locations. That was not the case at this dealership. Everyone was friendly, courteous and patient. I visited the dealership twice and corresponded numerous times through email and phone prior to actually buying the car. Ultimately I got a price that I know from shopping around I could not get at other dealerships, and great service. I highly recommend this dealership.

We had recently purchased a new travel trailer and were looking to upgrade our tow vehicle. After about a week of obligatory on-line research, it came down to a Ford F150 with the best combination of the towing capacity, proper mirrors, and creature comforts for the money. We placed a query on CarsDirect.com for a quote late afternoon on a Friday. Terry Mohamadi (Internet Sales Manager at Power Ford of Tustin) was the first to reply, and did so within an hour of my query.

After several internet exchanges of information, we decided to meet with Terry. He spent a great deal of time with us and answered all of our questions regarding option packages, availability, and pricing, and provided revised quotes each time our “desirements” changed. If Terry didn’t know the answer to our question, he said as much, and then went about finding someone who did. His communication was excellent throughout and made the process seem effortless. Terry’s offer to let us do a “test tow” of our trailer was unsolicited, unprecedented in my experience, and a big driver in our final decision to purchase from Power Ford. We felt as if we were more “family” then customer.

We had a similarly pleasant experience in the finance department with Bill MacDonald, who very clearly walked us through the mountain of paperwork that comes with the purchase of any new vehicle. He described extended warranties and “protection packages”, and did not pressure us in any way to purchase them. His candor was much appreciated.

We were then introduced to Bill Lyman in the service department. Bill broke away from the mound of paperwork he was perusing to tell us about the service department and the level of service we should expect to receive. Again, Bill made us feel “a part of the family.” Once we actually have service experience we’ll update this review.

Bottom line...we would highly recommend Terry, Bill M., Bill L., and Power Ford of Tustin to anyone in the market for a new car or truck.

Bill let me test drive a Ford Escape. He answered all my questions and after I bought the car he went over all the features with me. He also told me to come back if I had any questions. I had the best experience in buying a new car. Bill took the time to explain everything and was very patient with me. I have had the car for 9 days and am very satisfied. I still have lots to learn.

Initially I had contacted Kemick online and he was very responsive and friendly. Once in the dealership I was assisted by Bim, and the overall process could not have been more painless. Would thoroughly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership.
