My Review of Power Ford North Scottsdale:
This dealership was amazing in customr service. They were very patent with all my questions and with all my thinking. I felt in no need rushed, or pushed into purchasing any car I didn't want, but instead got the perfect car for a great price. All the people I had met were more than glad to answer any questions and tried to complete everything as quickly as possible.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car, and try to look for the sales person I had worked with, Ward Bizzell.

My Review of Power Ford North Scottsdale:
We came to Power Ford with the intent to shop prices on crossover SUVs. We weren't hassled or pressured at all. They let us browse the used car lot without anyone bothering us. When we found a car that we were interested in enough to take it for a test drive, Ward was happy to help. He answered all of our questions about the Ford Edge and let us take the car for a spin. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very friendly. Super low pressure. He gave us pricing options and then let us have our space to make decisions and shop around a little more. When we were ready to run credit and start the process he was super helpful. He ran numbers and gave us several options and comparisons. Again, very low pressure. He understood our needs and took the time to let us speak. We didn't feel like he was trying to push us into a sale. He gave us open and honest pricing and there wasn't much haggling over price. We still wanted to shop a few other types of cars and it was no problem. Ward let us leave without making us feel guilty for taking his time. It was not awkward at all. We shopped a few other dealerships but came back to Power Ford for the Edge that we had test drove. They were happy to help and gave us a fair interest rate and good value for our trade. Once we decided on the car we wanted, the whole process only took about an hour before I was able to drive off the lot in my new car! I highly recommend Ward and the team at Power Ford. It was no no nonsense, no pressure and they were quick. All of the traditional pains about buying a car were not an issue here. Dealing with Ward was like dealing with a normal person, not a cheesy salesman! I will recommend Ward to my friends and family.

My Review of Power Ford North Scottsdale:
I was very happy with the information that I received from North Scottsdale Ford, I had asked for a couple of quotes from the internet for a White Ford Focus and they were the only ones to come back with exactly what I was asking for. I was able to set up a time to visit and look at the car. I purchased it that day for the price that I was quoted. The finance person worked with me to make sure that I got the best financal deal.
