this was my daughter's first new car purchase. Charlie made her feel very much at ease while guiding her to the correct purchase. I tried to talk to her about the same things to look for and buy, but as you know as a father kids do not always listen. Charlie calmed her nerves and made her feel that her purchase was perfect and so did I. Charlie is a fantastic salesman and I will from here on out only send people I know or that are looking for a quality Nissan to see him.

The service was above and beyond what I have received at any other dealership I have ever been to. The buying experience was a joy and Charlie's level of customer service is excellent and hard to find anywhere else these days. My experience with Charlie Frank at South Bay Nissan of South Bay exceeded all expectations. His level of customer service, expertise and ability to meet my needs were beyond what I have ever experienced with a car salesman. Unlike most dealerships, Charlie Frank listens and will go above and beyond to meet the needs of his customers. He will not get you into a deal just for the sake of selling a vehicle. He truly wants what is best for you as an individual. I was referred to Charlie Frank through a long time customer - my mother. Of course, I did not take her advice the first time and was very displeased with my experience at another dealership, which I will not mention; however, my mother was right, Charlie Frank is not your ordinary salesperson. He is genuine, attentive and REALLY cares about his customers. He also has an awesome secretary and the coolest office you have ever seen!

I have purchased and leased 7 different Nissan automobiles over the past 20 years and Charlie is the reason I keep going back. That's not to say that Nissan isn't a good reliable product. It is. Although, I would have tried other brands if Charlie was not there.

Charlie Frank is the man you want to do deal with. If you need to wait to make a deal with him then wait.

I have had several bad experiences with several dealers the past few days trying to purchase a particular trim-line of a Nissan Frontier. I was met with great hope and then left with disappointment at these dealers as I had been misled and lied to.

Then I met Charlie. He actually was concerned about my end of the car sale and not just his. He would give me information, give his side of the facts and leave it at that. He would let me make my own decision after that. He respected my space. He respected my decisions to go with- or without certain options and incentives. Low-pressure salesman but friendly, and off the wall funny sometimes.

Charlie was focused on building a relationship that would last longer than the couple of hours it would take to make a car sale.

Charlie went out of his way to get the car I wanted. He had to negotiate with the same dealers that gave me the run around in order to get my car and he did it.

On top of it all Charlie has his own set of incentives on a car deal, whether it be product add-ons or good old fashioned honesty.

Power Nissan and Charlie Frank made my day.

I had recently leased a VW Jetta at a different dealership and the entire experience was not favorable, to say the least. Despite doing lots of research ahead of time + speaking with multiple representatives at the dealership, I was cornered into adding multiple add-ons to the leasing contract that ended up increasing the total cost by hundreds of dollars. Additionally, the dealer completely got my lease agreement wrong and then was unwilling to cooperate in sending me a new lease without me having to go out of my way to make it happen. Shortly after going through this experience, I got into an accident which totaled my newly leased car. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to going through the whole process of leasing a new car again. In fact, my experience the first time around was enough to deter me from going back to the VW dealership, despite my love for the car itself. I was persuaded by a friend to check out the Nissan line of cars, which originally I planned on just test driving — definitely no intention of buying or leasing that day. However, after working with Charlie at Power Nissan in South Bay, I quickly felt at ease and no longer intimidated by the thought of going through the leasing process again. Charlie helped me look through several pricing and car options, even beyond what I originally requested. He then let me take a car for a test drive, which quickly sold me on Nissan as a brand. When I returned to his office grinning, he already had an offer in place to lease the very car I just drove — and loved — at a GREAT deal. It was too hard to say no, although I didn't feel pressured in the least. Charlie laid everything out for me plain + clear, and was completely transparent in his communication. He made it quick and painless for me to lease the new car, which was a better deal than the Jetta I had previously leased. Not to mention he sincerely assured me that he was here if I needed him at any point down the line, and after my experience with him that day I know he will hold his word. If you are like most people, the whole process of buying or leasing a new car can be extremely stressful and a tricky one to navigate. Charlie does not let this happen. I highly recommend stopping by Power Nissan in South Bay, but be sure you ask for Charlie — he is the best! Thanks Charlie!

Charlie is awesome! He gets you want you want and at a great deal. Charlie just sell cars...Charlie is a friend and a part of our family. We have been buying cars from him since 1987. My husband bought is first car at 18 from Charlie. He is amazing and that's why we are a Nissan family. We always refer our family and friends to go see Charlie Frank!
