My Review of Precision Acura:
They don't follow the spirit of online quotes. I requested a quote and all they told me was to call them. I then Eamiled them other offers received from other dealers and they challenged them. They questioned my integrity. I never received a quote from them and ended up purchasing my MDX at another dealer 30 miles away when Precision is in my backyard. Worse dealer I ever dealt with and I purchase a car every 3 years.

My Review of Precision Acura:
to sum it up the used car manager is a liar, the used cars are all painted up and dented up.He lied to my face stating the car I was looking at was a nice car,a rare car,and went through the shop and, needed nothing.Well he lied I couldn't buy the car that day because the honest salesmen informed me the car still needed front and, rear brakes, and a timing belt.Mind you this was a acura certified car and on the front line.Anyway the next week I bought the car because I needed the car,but just beware of the used car manager I think he should just retire.

My Review of Precision Acura:
I'm on my 4th Acura.... so, I clearly like the product.
I had a BIG problem with the fast talking jerk who sold me my first car (now a salesmager.... that kind of say it all).
Although their location is far more convenient than others, after passing on a vehicle their because it simply was not in my budget (saleman led me to believe that he could work something out for a loyal customer, a "friend," someone who is "like family") - but, unfortunately I couldn't swing it this time. Then, my partner went to E. Brunswick (Open Road) without me knowing - and surprised me by telling me that he reported the deal that I passed on and they offered a deal that cost more than $3500 less.....
When buying/leasing a $46K car, you don't quibble over a couple of hundred dollars, but over $3500 is real money to me.... particularly when it is the profit that your "friends" are making on you.... not that they don't deserve a profit.... just shut up and don't cheat me.

Recap:
-I had a terrible problem with my first experience and refused to get another vehicle from that dealership if that salesman was grandfathered into a commission
-my sister has a friend who felt that they were racist... so went to PA to purchse their Acura
-My boss drives an MDX and their service department treated his sweet wife so poorly that he, too, will never step foot in their dealership again (he lives/works in Princeton)and goes to Open Road (E. Bruswick)
-and with me, they were going to charge me penalties on my return lease that SHOCKED the people at Open Road. Granted Open Road may be larger and have better negotiating power on a vehicle, but tacking on unnecessary charges to a customer buying a third car in a row/ANY customer, is outrageous.
They have lost my business.... oh, the Lexus dealership across the street is very nice....

My Review of Precision Acura:
The deal was good but the piss poor attitude of the egotistical jerk salesperson was so bad that I actually left and purchased from Davis Acura in Langhorne Pa. I will NEVER EVERY buy a car from this place or EVER get "service" from them. May the owner some day realize that his sales people are losing him money!

My Review of Precision Acura:
Smiling scumbags in the service department. A serious disconnect between the idea of costumers and service.

Known issues with the MDX were never admitted without arm bending and repeated trips. Sounds (I had a transmission replaced) were attributed to all sorts of things: wind, roof rack, hallucinations ect...

You need to know and keep track of all the TSBs to deal with these guys. Until your are out of warranty of course, when they all of a sudden are happy to fix your car for all kinds of expensive things that "may"? exist.

Stay clear or Beware!

My Review of Precision Acura:
I went to look at a car and to see if I was interested in purchasing it. I took the car for a test drive and decided that I woiuld be interested in seeing if I qualified to purchase it. Filled out the credit report and left a deposit that was needed in order for them to check. After some rethinking I decied I would probably not be able to pay for the car even if I did qualify, I called the salesman up and I told him I wasn't interested. He called me back angry saying that I had purchased the car already..which was a lie because he hadn't even run the credit check. Basically he tried to strong arm me into buying the car. He was very upset. He said that he was losing money out of this deal. I asked him when I was going to get my deposit and he said whenever he got around to it. He was a jerk and I will never ever buy a car from there.
