My Review of Precision Toyota:
I telephoned 90 minutes prior to a scheduled new car pick up and was assured that the car would be ready. "Don't worry. You will not have to wait." It took three hours to get the new vehicle. I was given every excuse in the book and dozens of hollow apologies. The vehicle had not been prepped and did not include the drop hitch that I had ordered.
