6 cars! 4 for me. 2 for my best friend I just picked up my 4th JEEP from Premier. My first was a used Liberty back in 2004–back when Premier was a small house and service garage in Sandwich I just picked up my 4th JEEP from Premier. I remember Joe Laham helping me get my then leased VW returned to Hyannis to another dealership before I picked up the Liberty. It was right after one of the biggest snowstorms I’ve ever seen on Cape Cod. Even though Premier has grown exponentially, I keep getting the same excellent care as a customer from Joe’s team—from sales, to financing, to service, to the guys who detail, to the folks who answer the phone, to management. Since my first JEEP, I’ve come back 3 more times and my friend has returned twice after I recommended them. Kyle Hein in sales goes above and beyond each and every time. His follow through and willingness to make sure everything is perfect is second to none. Andrew Dent, in finance, explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and always wants nothing but the best for his customers. Mike DeBuono, the manager, always makes a point to come and say hello and to check in that you’re happy. Austin Blake and Michelle Martin in service are always the most helpful and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Fernando and his crew take care of your new ride like it’s his own—perfect detailing. In short, the team at Premier is there for you from the moment you walk into the showroom. They care. They love their jobs and it shows. Joe Laham, I hope you read this—you have a truly amazing team! I’ll never forget how you helped me from your little office in Sandwich or how well your team continues this today. More
Don’t use premier cape cod Premier cape cod has the worst customer service. Left multiple messages in the past to schedule an oil change and they never got back to me. Now I make an appointment because my drive shaft that they “fixed” over a year ago is already broken. They schedule me for a Friday at 8 am. I take work off and drop the car off Thursday so they can get to it early Friday. Friday 3pm comes around and they still have not even looked at it. So now I have no car and I lose money from taking work off when I didn’t even need to clearly. What’s the point of making an appointment? They also don’t do that type of work Saturday and Sunday. So now I need to take another day off. Horrible. Do not recommend going to them for anything. More

The Service department was friendly and efficient. I never mind going to Premier to get my Ram truck serviced. I had tires rotated, oil change and inspection. All done in a timely manner. Kyle helped me out with buying a car and I could not have asked for anyone better. He is very knowledgeable of all the makes and models, helped me navigate through them to find the fit for me.
