I picked up my car last night. I'm pretty disappointed in the service I have received from you guys. When I went in to pick up my car, I had to wait until two sales people finished their personal conversation before they even acknowledged me. Then when he asked if he could help me, he just handed me the keys to my car. No congratulations and no walk out to my car. I was left to go find my own car in the lot! On top of that the gas tank was empty and the car was dirty! They only gave me one key too...I need two keys!! Most importantly there are air bubles up and down the stripe! It looks like crap! I'm not happy at all!!
I feel like once the sale was done...I was no longer important. Such customer service I think reflects not only on you as a manager, but the dealership as a whole. From the beginning I felt like you guys were taking advantage of me because I was women. When I came in two weeks ago you were going to give me an SXT Plus fully equipped with leather seats, nice rims and a spoiler. Then when I came in to finalize everything, not only do you want to sell me the cheaper model...the SXT, but you sold it to me for $1,000 and it didn't have the leather seats, nice rims and the spoiler. I suppose you thought I didn't notice what was going on, but I did. I will be writing several letters to your coroporate offices regarding the service I received at your dealership. You may not care how you treat your customer, but I'm sure they do.
