My Review of Premier Hyundai:
My son purchased his second Hyundai from Premier Hyundai in Hyannis, MA. My son is in the National Guard after serving 2 years of active duty. He got a military discount from Premier Hyundai of $500 towards his $21,000 Tiberon. A month after the purchase he was contacted by Premier Hyundai and told that the military discount was meant for active duty military personal and since he was in the national guard and not in active duty service he would need to give them the $500 back. They called and badgered him weekly and finally took him to small claims court. My son wouldn't have had an issue with not getting the military discount if they had told him at the beginning as it would have only added a small amount to his payment but to come after a kid for $500 after the fact was horrible. For $500 they have lost a family of potential customers who had already purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles.

So they made a mistake and then came after the customer to cover for their mistake. We found that there were numerous other people who have had similar experiences with this dealership.

I would avoid this dealership and travel to Raynham or Plymouth instead.
