My Review of Premiere Chevrolet Inc:
I received what I felt was extremely poor service, and I felt I should write and inform you.<br><br>I bought a 1500 truck from Bart Walker. Bart Walker assured me that everything is in excellent condition and that every thing has been services and that I had nothing to worry about. Well two days later my service engine light come on. I called Bart Walker on several occasions and he would not call me back so I decide to show up at the lot so he said that he would talk to some one and for me to come back. Well they did reset the service engine light 3 times well the 3rd time I talk to Bart Walker in person again after calling numerous times. He told me to come back that Thursday and I did and I was told that Bart Walker was no longer working for Premiere Chevrolet. After talking to the Larry Davis the 3rd time to get the service engine light reset he said it was the o2 sensors. So he told me it will be $112.00 and that I had 2 sensors. And now they have change the price to 135.00. Well I fell like the problem was over looked and that it is not fair that I only had the truck less than a mo. That I had to pay that price so I talk to a guy that is the supervisor name Short when talking to him he went on on on about how the sales man only got $200. For the sale and he done warranty high mileage trucks. I don&#8217;t care about the commission a person get that has nothing to do with me. <br><br>Also this is my 3rd vehicle from Premiere Chevrolet. Honestly I am starting to second guess Premiere Chevrolet vehicles.<br><br>I would like to continue being a customer of Premiere Chevrolet, but I feel I can only do so if this situation is remedied. Please contact me and let me know what you intend to do about it, even if the solution is simply the replace o2 sensors. Thank you for your attention to this matter.<br>you.<br><br>
