My Review of Prestige Hyundai:
I had a terrific experience with this dealership and their staff. My husband and I were looking for a new car under the "Cash for Clunkers" program, and I was overwhelmed by all of the paperwork that we needed. Lauren was fantastic! She clearly explained the documentation that was needed and kept calling me to make sure that we were on track, since the federal government's deadline for submission was approaching quickly. In particular, we had great difficulty in getting a release of lien letter, and she personally went to bat for us by telephoning the company herself and getting it to expedite. Otherwise, we would have lost our financing through the "Clunkers" program. In short, she was the one who made this deal happen through sheer determination!
Even before that, she patiently worked with us to make sure that we got a car that fit our needs and our budget. She was energetic and tireless----always polite and good-natured during a time when she and the other salespeople were coping with tremendous demands on both time and patience.
Once we finalized our deal and got our paperwork (just under the wire!), we met with Paolo (PJ) who was also a pleasure to deal with. He, too, methodically explained our various financing options, warranties, etc., even though he had many other applicants to meet with that day.
Finally, Kenny from the service department explained the future maintenance schedule, offered to show us the service department, and was generally courteous, informative, professional, and very nice.
This was a completely positive experience, and I can't say enough to praise this dealership and the people I met there. Many thanks to them!
