My Review of Prestige Imports:
I have always had my Porsche serviced at prestige and have always received great service. I also had a pre-purchase inspection before I bought my 996. I also received a list of everything that was found faulty or worn, which is exactly what I would expect in an inspection. I guess you can figure that if its not listed as bad, it is in ok condition. Anyway, this dealership has been great and as a porsche club member, I have found that everyone that goes there is overall happy with them. Keep up the good work.

My Review of Prestige Imports:
Paid $224 for Pre Purchase Inspection on 996 and all I received was a list of problems with no indication of cost to repair or recommendations on the purchase. When I emailed Rebecca for a follow up and explanation of repairs, I received no response.

I then emailed the General Manager, Don Adis, about my concerns about the Inspection and lack of response from Rebecca and received no response from Mr. Adis.

Based on the lack of customer service and follow up, I would not recommend this dealer.

My Review of Prestige Imports:
I dealt with Mike Sorenson, the service manager. He does his best to try and blow steam up me. I was asking him about the new 997. He said that is a really great car. Going on and on about how he had a test car for a couple months. Then I asked how it would compare to the 996. He flat out said that it had nothing on it and wouldn't even touch a 996. The handling was poor.When this was going on we were standing in front of my 01 996. I would think that he wouldnt talk bad about the previous generation 911 from PORSCHE. I think that they should get someone else in there to manage the service dept. Rick Schneider and Billy Lindauer do a GREAT job. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Don't talk to Mike Sorenson, he does a poor job
