Robert was so friendly and helpful. He gave us very good suggestion and explaination. He is also so patient to help us solve our prolems. He is nice and efficient. We were very satisfied with his service and we will definitely recommond him to our friend. By the way, the kid room is a very good idea. It was very helpful for us.

My Review of Prestige Toyota Scion:
Service was great. Things moved along smoothly and rather quickly, I was on a time crunch the day I visited the dealer. I knew exactly what I wanted to look at and the car was explained to me in great detail before I took it out on a test drive. I was at another dealership that same day that took 3 hours of my time and I still had no help or conclusion to what I wanted from them. At Prestige I only spent 1 hour and 20 minutes and the decision was made, the finances reviewed and I was able to pick up the car only 5 days later, which they were also very accommodating to my personal schedule and needs. Everyone, at the Dealership, was friendly and explained things in great detail and made my decision making process easier and I bought my car with confidence from the Salesperson, Robert Rolleri.

My Review of Prestige Toyota Scion:
We were there for a new car yesterday. Robert has helped us a lot. He went over things very detail and helped us deal with the lien release of our traded in car and the car insurance very patiently, and provided good suggestions. Elezabeth was so kind too, when we found out that the interest rate were not appropriate, she gave a very valuable suggestion and helped us made a better choice. By the way, having a kid room in the dealer is a great idea. We were very satisfied with the service that they provided.

My Review of Prestige Toyota Scion:
I love Prestige Toyota of Kingston, NY. George Becker helped put me in my first Rav 4 about 5 years ago. My experience then brought me right back to George and Prestige! George makes me feel like family. He made certain that I found the exact vehicle I wanted and made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. To George, you're not a dollar sign at the end of the day, you're a family friend that he wants to help, wants to see that you get what you want and what you need. My entire experience with Prestige has been wonderful. Their service is A-One and the only ones I will trust with my vehicle. So much so, that I convinced my husband to purchase his vehicle at Prestige (the Toyota Highlander). As far as Sales Managers go, Gino Corona is the best. He always greets you with a warm smile and a handshake. He helped me and my husband with many aspects of our purchases and he, too made us feel like family. Our family will always be a part of Prestige Toyota's family. We highly recommend everyone else join the Prestige family,too!

I was extremely please with Donato and George. They worked very hard to get the exact car I wanted. I am so happy with my new car. My car was sitting for a few days and squirrels and chipmunks put acorns and leaves inside the car around a fan and motor. It made a horrible noise so I took it right away to Prestige and they took me in right away. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone. They do a great job and they go the extra mile.

My Review of Prestige Toyota Scion:
My husband and I came in on Monday to look at a Toyota Camry that was on display in front of the dealership and fell in love with it. When we went inside to find out information about the car Robert was very friendly and was very patient with all the questions that were asked, he was very thorough with his answers. He gave us a tour of the service area and was really impressed with how they make sure their customers are comfortable while waiting for their cars to be serviced. On Wednesday when I thought I was only going in to sign my paperwork I found out that my car was ready to be taken home I was surprised and happy. Then I found out that Robert came in on his day off to make sure my car was ready for me to take home,that ready proves to me the dedication that he has towards his customers and job. In my eyes he went above and beyond his duty to make me feel important. Thank-you so much for your kindness. I also want to say Thank-you to Elizabeth Shapiro for being very thorough about the paperwork that was being signed and making sure everything was understood. I will recommend Prestige Toyota and especially Robert Rolleri as a salesperson to anyone looking to buy a car.

A teriffic car buying experience! I've bought two cars from Prestige in the past five years. The sales staff is great - friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Never pushy or overbearing. I stick with Toyota because I think they are great cars. I buy them from Prestige beacause I'm treated warmly and fairly. On this occasion I bought I 2010 RAV4 Sport. Working with Rob was really great! I appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions and that he never pressured me in any way. He really made me feel Prestige greatly appreciates my business. Thanks so much Rob! Beyond the car buying experience, I also have my cars serviced at Prestige because their service department is professional, efficient and easy to work with. I also like the dealership because it's neat, clean and comfortable while I'm waiting for my car.

My Review of Prestige Toyota Scion:
I searched the internet for a white 2010 Rav4 and found one in Wappinger Falls, NY. I set up an appointment to go there and check it out as I had my heart set on a white sport. On my way there, I thought I would stop in Kingston's Prestige Toyota and check out what Rav4's were available and test drive one as I had never driven a Rav4 before. When I stopped at Prestige Toyota, I was immediately greeted by a friendly salesperson named Rob asking me if I was being helped. Rob took lots of time with me showing me all of the features in the Rav4 and answering all my questions. We then took a demo out for a test drive. He told me to take it out by myself but I asked him to ride along with me and I was glad I did. He took that time to point out even more features of the Rav which I never would have noticed such as the '0 blind spots' while driving. When we got back to the office Rob took the time to show me the entire Prestige facility, offered me refreshments and introduced me to some of the other staff there as well. I felt like I was a celebrity or at least someone important!

I told Rob I was headed to Wappingers Falls to look at a white Rav as Prestige did not have one in stock and Wappingers Falls did. Long story short, Rob had his people try to find what I was looking for and they found out the white Rav in Wappingers Falls was sold!!!! Rob he told me not to worry - he would find one. The very next day I received a phone call from Prestige telling me they had found the vehicle and it would be there that afternoon. Now that's service!!!

Needless to say, I fell in love with both the Rav4 and Prestige Toyota and purchased the Rav4. Rob moved all of my personal belongings from my old car into the new, making sure nothing was forgotten. He again, went over all of the features in the Rav and where everything was. In all of my years of purchasing vehicles, never have I ever been treated with such thoughtful attention and patience as I did in Prestige Toyota!!!
On my long drive home as I was enjoying my Rav and listening to music I noticed something tucked in one of the storage places in the dash .... a new pack of gum. Yes I smiled .... it was like checking into a Hilton, having the sheets turned down and getting chocolates on your pillow. Thank you Rob and thank you Prestige!

My Review of Prestige Toyota Scion:
Had a written quote which the dealership did not honor. Raised the price when I came in to purchase. THEN raised the price again when the car was delivered. Was told if I did not like it, just walk as there was a waiting list for the car ordered. I would say that the people running the dealership are NOT nice to deal with nor are they reputable. One of the worst buying experiences of my life. Toyota should shut them down.
