The office manager Diana Vincent and estimator were super to work with. My vehicle was repaired to its original condition, excellent workmanship. The turn around time was absolutely amazing. If I need a body shop in the future Preston Auto Body is where I will go. I highly recommend Preston.

The level of customer service and attention I received at Preston is unparralleled. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and the work that was performed to repair my vehicle was done so in a professional and flawless manner. I will be returning to this establishment in the future for additional work and will recommend them to all. They know what they are doing, do it very well, and make you feel like you are their only customer. I have nothing bu high priase for the Preston Automotive Group and the staff of Preston Autobody!

Went to have my new vehicle repaired Preston Autobody had Fast service, excellent customer service and did excellent job on my repairs and had vehicle done in very timely manner and looked just as new as the day I bought it. Will recomment Preston auto body to anyone for repairs on their vehicles

We were in need of a new van for the company (Apple Discount Drugs). We had bought our last van from Emil and had a very good experience then. I called him up, he had exactly what we were looking for and at a very resonable price so we had the paperwork printed and Emil delivered the van the same day. He was very easy to work with and we will certainly buy from him in the future.

Mr. Charles Flowers was a very exceptional sales consultant to deal with, very friendly, and very helpful. He done exactly what I was asking and looking for, and very curtious with me as well. Charles explained everything that I didn't understand to where I would understand. Most sales consultants are very abrubt, but Charles was very calm and comforting. I will be sending many friends and family members to see Charles Flowers.

My Review of Preston Auto Body:
It was late on the last Sunday of the month and Stoney and Rick stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Rick was a little shy at first, didn't even know he was a salesman. I think at first he was looking forward to leaving for the evening, but once he realized how serious we were about needing a car immediately, he was very kind,and patient. Stoney did everything he could to expedite the process for us. He listened to our concerns and did a wonderful job working with the numbers in order to get a financial situation that was appropriate for what we could afford. I love my altima!
