The salesman we worked with was by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with the knowledge and professionalism the was shown to us was superior to all other dealerships we worked with. The staff at preston ford was so helpful in the manufactures by back of our ranger and finding us a car that worked for our budget. This dealership and its staff live up to the motto PRESTON FOR LIFE as far as I am concerned the have our whole families business as long as they are selling cars

My Review of Preston Ford Lincoln Mercury:
The day I went looking for a new car I was nervous and excited at the same time. My father has been going to Preston AutoPlex and dealing with Earl Wilson for several years. It was the last day for the Clunker Program, so we headed over to see Earl. I was looking for a car that had good gas mileage with the way the economy is going. Earl was very personable, detail-oriented and pleasant to work with. I feel in love with the Ford Fusion, it had everything I wanted. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone if they are looking for a new or used vehicle to see Earl Wilson at Preston AutoPlex.

first of all, i would like to thank every body preston ford, for all their help while purchasing our new car, the experience was the most pleasant i have had in buying a new automobile, our salesman [LES SHIREY]was very friendly, helpfull and courtious, as were all the staff at preston ford, this is our second purchase from preston ford and it was even better than the first, and i have allways had a very good experience with the service dept as well, in my opinion, other dealers would be well advised to send their people to preston ford to learn how to treat a customer, if you are thinking of buying a new vehicle go to preston ford in hurlock md and ask for LES SHIREY, you will be treated like family, again thanks LES for an outstanding job, mick and margaret iseman, tilghman md.

Very professional and courteous staff in the service department (and sales, too!). They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle very quickly. Everyone greeted me and acknowledged that I was there. My Review of Preston Ford Lincoln Mercury:
After having a bad experience with the service dept over the weekend, I was contacted by Chrystal Morris after leaving and she apologized and offered to remedy the situation. She followed up with me on Monday as well as Skip and Les to offer to make amends and to assure me that Preston takes every situation personal. Needless to say, Chrystal went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was very professional and is what we would consider a skilled customer service representative of Preston Ford. She took care of our issues and kept in constant contact with us during the ordeal and without her help I am not sure we could have resolved the issues. But, the end result is we were very pleased with the outcome and we would like to thank Chrystal, Les and Skip and hope that the dealership commends them for a job well done. The other Service Dept. employees certainly have alot to learn and they should learn from Chrystal

After shopping local dealers we found it was worth the hour drive to Preston. Our salesman Ken Gardner was a no pressure,friendly and very patient person. Ken sold us the truck we were looking for at the price that fit our budget, unlike most of the other dealers we visited, who were trying to sell us more than we could afford. Would both return as a customer and recommend this dealership to others.

Our experience at Preston Ford Lincoln Mercury was very good I would rate them a 5. They were friendly professional and helped us find a vehicale in our payment range. Jamie your credit man was very helpful and did a great job for us. Finding us excellent financing thru Ford. les is an exceptional Sales person and was extrememly helpful as his manager mark thursby. They all were curtious. I came home with the vehicale i really wanted and your excellent staff made it possible for us to do so. Les Met all our needs and I would reccomend very highly to all my friends and family to go and ask for Les Shirley at Preston Ford Lincoln Mercury, to get a car or truck or suv of there choice. My Review of Preston Ford Lincoln Mercury:
Could not have asked for a better experience from a car dealership! We started out by researching new trucks on the internet and looked at several online at Preston Fords website. Richard contacted me and we spoke several times about new vs used trucks. My husband and I drove an hour from Dover, DE to look at our options.
Richard was very, very patient with us.....showing us several models, answering my numerous questions and generally giving us all the time we needed to make a decision. His suggestions were extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing a truck that is perfect for our needs. We were able to purchase a truck with several high-end options we never thought we would be able to afford! We stayed within our set budget without sacrificing anything. This is a "no pressure" dealership and that is most appreciated.
I also want to give kudos to Bruce in the Finance Dept. Again, no pressure. Just thoughtful insight regarding decisions about warranty, finanace rates, payments, etc.
Again, most appreciated.
I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to our friends and coworkers (in fact, I've already made one call to Richard asking him to email a picture of a vehicle we looked at to a friend). Within minutes, the pictures were emailed to him.
Thanks Preston Ford. We love the truck and when the time comes for another new vehicle, we will be back.
