My wife and I were at Preston Hyundai with a friend who was purchasing a new Sonata. I was chatting with Bruce(Sales Manager) while waiting and commenting on the looks and features of the Genesis. He said was purchasing a new Sonata. I was chatting with Bruce(Sales Manager) while waiting and commenting on the looks and features of the Genesis. He said to my wife and I, "Here's the keys, take it for a ride". Big mistake on my part. After driving it, we were hooked. Fantastic in every way. After returning home. we discussed it. My wife said, "Let's buy it". I went on line and compared prices with a number of dealers. I then called Ron and told him what color we wanted and prices I had seen from other dealers. He said, "I will call you right back". He did and offered the same price as some of the "big city" dealers. I told him we would be there that evening to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived, my wife wanted to confirm her choice of color (deciding between 2). We decided and Ron and Brent took care of the paperwork in a very relaxed and professional manner. Ron was very patient with all of our questions and took the time to explain how everything worked on the vehicle. He called the next day to see if we had any questions and assured us that everyone would be there for us if we had any questions. Since this was our 4th vehicle purchased from Preston Autoplex (3 Hyundais and 1 Ford), we know that they will stand behind their vehicles with very efficient, prompt service.
