Going to Preston Hyundai was a very pleasant and painless experience. Throughout the car buying process the freindly staff helped to entertain my 20 month old son. I did not feel like i was being pushed in to making a quick decision. They let me take the Tucson for a few days before making my decision. They seemed to all work together as a team to make the whole process go smoothly. I noticed a small problem with the fan motor, and they replaced that for free, picked my car up, brought me a loaner, and brought me my new car back. Justin, John, and the whole team really went above and beyond what i expected. Justin changed out my son's car seat 2 times for me. As a salesman he did not seem to be too proud to help with things like that and did not seem to mind helping at all. I am sure after i run this car for all it is worth, i will be going back to Preston for my next car purchase. More
