"Great experience!! Very pleased"

Great service !!! Rick Ferrari is absolutely awesome!!! Can't say enough good about him and the others at Preston Toyota!! Will recommend Rick to all my friends!! Great salesman, very friendly, helpful and caring. The finance guy did a great job getting us out with our new Rav4 in record time.

"What a great dealer to deal with!!!!"

I was at home shopping for a newer Toyota Tundra and found couple worth looking more into, that how I got hooked up Tashan Rankin & Ricki Ferrari at Preston Motors. I didn't make it a east sell for them but they sure did make it a great buy for me. I will be going back it buy from Ricki Ferrari again later down the road, I have a Toyota Dealer 10 miles from me and will still make the 101 mile trip back to Preston Motors to get a great buy and service with a smile. Thanks again Ricki for my A+ buy!!!! Oh yea can't forget to say a special thanks to the lady in finance (forgot her name :( ) she was also a great help and made the buy fast & easy.

"Easy as buying groceries!"

My first contact with Preston's was with Kevin Bertilacci at the Boardman Toyota store. I had seen a Corolla on line and was uncertain about something I was seeing so he took a few pictures and emailed them to me. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for so I passed. Within a day or so, I received a call from Gina in their customer service dept. She inquired about the car I was looking for and assured me she would do her best to find it. She was like talking to an old friend...very pleasant and chit-chatty. Within a few days, I found a car online that I liked at the New Castle Toyota store and called Gina to inquire about it. I told her I didn't want a used car that was scratched, dinged up and rusty and so many that I had seen had not been taken care of. I live a little over an hour from New Castle and didn't want to make the drive for that type of car. This was on a Friday afternoon and she said after work she was going out to dinner, but afterwards she would swing by the dealership and take a look at it for me. Now, I don't know too many people who would do that on their own time....especially on a Friday night, for someone they don't know. She called me later that night and said it was in really nice shape and thought I should come and take a look. Another thing we had discussed was being a woman and buying a car on your own. My previous experiences with car salesmen have not been favorable and I promised myself years ago I would never buy from a dealership again. She assured me Preston was different. I arrived in New Castle the next day and met Anthony Bailey my salesman. We hopped in the car for a test drive and I found him to be very courteous, respectful and friendly. He never tried to "sell" me the car. When we got back I asked if I could take the car to a mechanic to have him look it over. No problem, so Anthony and I took off and I don't think we ever discussed the car during our trip. He basically let the car sell itself. I think they had the heads up from Gina how I felt about the whole car buying thing! LOL Upon our return, Anthony and I sat down and he asked me what I thought (this is the part I dread). I told him I liked it and that I had compared prices, had visited Kelly Blue Book, had a budget, etc. and made an offer. He went to check with Walt Kustra, the manager, and came back and said he accepted my offer. My words were, "Really? I wasn't expecting that. Wow, that was easy!" I cannot tell you how pleased I am with Preston Motors in New Castle. Other dealerships could certainly take a few lessons from these folks. If you are a woman shopping on your own, you don't need to think twice about visiting this dealership. You will be comfortable and won't find the "car salesman" of the past. Please ask for Anthony Bailey as I told him I would send him some referrals, especially my female friends. Thank you Preston's for a great experience and making car buying what it should be. "car buying experience"

not knowing anything about buying a Rav 4 I had full trust in Rick Ferrari and the dealership to not take advantage of me they made me feel right at home I would recommend them 5 stars and more.

"unprofessional "

I had an appointment to look at a Chevy Cruze. I emailed and texted the guy I was supposed to meet. never an answer. he texted me 30 mins before my appointment, to ask if I was coming in. of course, I said. he then told me he wouldn't be meeting me, someone else would. 15 mins before my appointment. I number from Cleveland called me, when I was going too Preston in new castle, and told me the car has been sold. it would have been nice for someone to tell before I was halfway there. I asked the guy about it, and he never responded. how rude, and unprofessional. I will never go here or let anyone I know but a car from this place
