The very first time I ever drove a RAV 4, though I liked it, I had NO intention of buying the FIRST car I looked at!!!!!!!!!!!! Well...... thanks to John Setzer and Ron, they made me a deal I COULDN'T refuse and I drove the car home....... they were amazing!!!!!!! Grant had reassured me that he and his sales manager were both looking for a vehicle to fit into my price range (10K) after he send me a bogus list of cars that was atleast 4K higher than the price I was looking to spend and I think he did it just to get me into the door. After speaking with him and telling him what I was looking for and what my price range was he told me he would check his 8 dealerships and extensive inventory for a "perfect" fit for me. All BOGUS! After I called him at the end of business he told me he was still looking. Preston Mazda in Boardman found me 2 within my price range which were sitting right on the lot in a matter of a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and hospitable to my husband and daughters while I was shopping. Between the playroom, the t.v. and the free popcorn, my kids never had a chance to get bored! After I made my selection, it took less than a half hour until the keys were in my hand. He was a great help thru the entire buying & "haggling" process. It was a nice added touch to be offered the free drinks & popcorn! He continually kept us informed thru the entire process, letting us know when he needed to talk to others in financing, etc and how long he would be gone. It was great to not be sitting there wondering what the heck was going on. Also, the woman we dealt with signing the final paperwork was extremely friendly & personable as well.
