My Review of Pride Ford:
I tried to buy a new Jeep Wrangler and for some reason there was no (federally mandated) window sticker. I asked where it was and they said they "couldn't find it". But then they offered to print me out the invoice for the vehicle. The invoice was copied on a copier and conveniently (for them) the prices all went off the side of the page.

After pressing them again for the MSRP sticker, they actually told me to leave and became rude.

Yeah, this place is shady, if not bordering on illegal. I obviously left. I should have filed a complaint with the DA about this place. I haven't heard good things from other people about this place either.

My Review of Pride Ford:
I bought a car there less than six months ago and it has been in and out of the shop more than 5 times. On certain occasions the service department would not fix the car because it was not a Ford. However, when I brought the car to another dealership, I was told that anyone could fix the car; it did not need to be a Nissan dealer. Because Pride Ford did not fix my car, I was responsible for the $100 deductible from my extended warranty, whereas, if they had fixed it, the deductible would be covered. I consider it bad business to sell a customer a car that they will not always service. I also think it is particularly poor business to sell a person a car which clearly has so many preexisting problems that could easily have been detected by an experienced mechanic.
