My Review of Prime Acura North:
I Just recently purchased a 2001 Audi allroad from them used. Very Low Mileage, Mint condition. Even the window sticker price was lower than any comparable ones on auto websites. After the test drive(Sunday Afternoon) ,and easily coming to an agreement on a price, the car went thru shop, was detailed and ready for next day delivery. They even offered to deliver it to my house,at least 20 miles away. The financing was done there thru a credit union I use, and the gas tank was filled up to the rim.
The are very personable, and easy to deal with. I recommend them to all my friends, and am currently looking to buy a VW with Jim right now for the Wife. This is not the first time I have bought a car here , will not be the last. I average 9-13 months with a car, before the fever kicks in for something different..(Its a guy thing). I am on their website constantly, with all the dealerships they have, your gonna find what your looking for, and you can get the car you want delivered to the dealership you want.. So I can use the same salesman in North Hampton to sell me a car from the Maine/Mass Stores.

My Review of Prime Acura North:
I have to say that working with Adam Weeks was a pleasure from the get go. His friendly, humorous personality along with his knowledge of the Acura brand and the business of car sales, made the experience altogether enjoyable and a lot less stressful than it could have been when dropping $$$ for a new car.

I also want to mention Brian Unger and Tom Farnham who helped make it happen. I don't know what wheels they turned to get me financed and on my way, but on my end, it felt effortless, so thank you Tom and Brian.

This is a good team over at Prime. It puts a hole in the stereotypical model of car sales, because they are relaxed and helpful and at no time do you feel any pressure one way or another.

Overall great service and I recommend them very highly. They'll have my lifelong business !

My Review of Prime Acura North:
This was the first time that I used the internet to purchase a new vehicle. I solicited online proposals for an Acura MDX from several dealers. Adam Weeks of Prime Acura North was the frist to respond to my inquiry both by phone and by e-mail. Adam's initial quote was lower than any other's that I received. When I approached other dealers about matching the price that I received from Adam and Prime Acura, none could come close.

Not only did I receive a great price on a great vehicle , I received genuine customer service throughout the process. In my dealings with Adam I never felt pressured and I felt that I was being dealt with fairly and honestly. Adam was prompt in returning my calls and was more than accommodating in arranging to meet with me at the dealership. Adam had even arranged to meet on his day off just to accomodate my schedule. That is putting the customer first!

My interactions with Tom were the same as with Adam; comfortable, fair and honest. I don't think the same can be said for too many other car sales managers.

I highly recommend doing business with Adam Weeks and Prime Acura North. They're doing business the right way for today's world.

Went to buy a used car and Adam Weeks was our salesman. He was fantastic. No pressure--very, very friendly--made me feel extremely comfortable. This process was very easy because Adam made it that way. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything or bullied into buying a vehicle. If you are "afraid of" or dislike car salesmen--you need to deal with Adam! Also, we got a really good price on the car, which means that Adam probably wasn't making a big commission on this--it didn't matter, he treated us like royalty and the service he provided was great! Prime Acura North is wonderful--we live in Massachusetts & drove to NH to buy this car--wish they would open a dealership down here!.
Fantastic service & very friendly. Loved the experience! Go to Prime for your next car-you won't regret it!

My Review of Prime Acura North:
This is my 2nd Acura I have purchased from this dealership and from this salesperson (Jim Ahearn). Jim is very helpful in answering all of my questions. He is curtious and funny and really easy to deal with. The fact that he has been with the company as long as he has says something for the company and their employees.

I have also been using this dealership for all of my services and they are always very pleasant to deal with and I never have a problem getting a service in a timely manner. They always do a vaccume and wash my car every time I bring it in for an oil change. I even got a new Acura to drive for the day while my car was having a detail and that's what I ended up buying when my lease was up!

I would recommend this dealership and to Jim to anyone looking for a new car.

I went to Prime Acura North on a recommendation from my son. My son is very particular when it comes to sales people, especially cars. I must say the four hour drive was well worth it, I felt well cared for by Jim Ahearn not your usual sales man. I say cared for, not sold to like the other dealers I had been to. He matched me with the right car at the price for my budget. I drove home in my new/used car that I love. No pressure, cared for sales I couldn't ask for more. Thanks Jim!

The entire process was very smooth. Jim worked with Tom to ensure the sale was exactly what was promiced. Mike, Kelly & Tim in the service department ensure any questions are promplty answered and any issues that may arise are resolved. They are friendly and more important trust worthy. My Review of Prime Acura North:
Jim Ahearn was the only person that we dealt with at the dealership. From the initial meeting he was professional and his follow up was excellent. He followed up from the initial meeting with e-mail and phone call. He worked hard to get the type of vehicle that we wanted and have it brought from a sister dealership to NH for our review.

Jim was informative regarding the vehicle, the warranty status and the various options regarding the vehicle. He closed the sale professionally and courteously. His follow up to the sale was done very well.
