My Review of Prime Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda:
My husband and I had already done considerable research into compact cars when we first registered on-line with New England Ford. We'd researched Consumer Reports, J.D. Powers and Edmunds.com as well as having driven the Focus several times in comparison to other makes in the class range such as Suzuki, Isuzu and KIA. We were already inclined towards the Ford due to a good experience with our 10-year old Ranger as well as our desire to keep union work and money in the USA and North America. We were thrilled to find that the Focus was indeed the best of the cars we tried. Our research showed that Focus has extremely good ratings and that it offers safety, mileage and engineering of cars costing considerably more, such as the Honda Accord. Prime was a great place to be for people who'd really done their homework, had a good truck to trade in and were ready to drive a hard bargain. You see we were willing to go home with that truck if need be and continue driving it for as long as necessary. After a few hours with one of the most delightful young men, Jared McReavy, we hit upon the deal that we could all more than live with. Young Mr. McReavy sent a very kind hand-written note in the days after our purchase. I have already recommended Prime to several friends and associates.

Shopping at prime was the best and easiest experience I every had. Most car dealerships the sales people attack you and try to push you into buying something you don't want. When I got to prime no one jumped me they let me look around and said if I had questions to ask. The sales people are not pushy. Nick my salesman was awesome he helped me find what vehicles I was interested in. He may be young but very knowledgeable. He let me try what ever I wanted. He answered all the questions I had and really went to the bat for me on the price I wanted. I wasn't even planning to buy a car but Nick found the one I wanted and gave me a great price. Nick is an awesome sales guy and if I ever need a vehicle again I will definitly go to prime and ask for Nick.

Came to buy Used vehicle and worked with Sean. He was a no pressure salesman that I recomend to work with. I left with a rental vehilce at Prime Fords expense while I was waiting for the title to arrive to my Toyota. I appreciate Seans dedication and superior work skills and will work with him and Prime in the future when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

When visiting dealership, greated well and felt comfortable through the whole process of purchasing my vehicle. Our salesman Mark assisted us in making our choice with no pressure. The managers, Ernie and Dave doing all that was possible to give us a great deal and very satisfied with the final transaction. Also the finace manager, John Newland making all the paperwork very easy and delivery of the vehicle went smoothly. The dealership has followed up several times to make sure everything was ok and if any problems. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and would place Prime Ford right at the top. A pleasure doing business with everyone there.

I was very impress with Jonathan and his easy non-pushy personality. I like the fact that he knows the various features of the car and took the time to show me how everything works - especially this is my first hybrid vehicle! I am also very impress with the friendly sales staff, the tour of the Service Department and the staff. This is my first car bought through Prime and will definitely consider coming back once my husband is ready for his next new car. Thank you Jonathan for your friendly professional approach. I was not able to make a sale work because of the numbers involved, but I am incredibly impressed with this dealership and the service that I received.
Jared was up front and honest with every aspect of the process and set realistic expectations for the value of my trade in as well as what the financial picture looked like. After my first visit we couldn't make the numbers work where I needed them (I have four kids so money is the key part!) but he promised to follow up with any other options.
Jared called me about a week later with another scenario that we tried to make work, it didn't but the fact that he remembered us and comitted to work with us makes me very confident that he will make it work.
He was not pushy, he was not secretive, he genuinely seems like he wants to make us a deal that will work for us.
I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson. He is fantastic and deserves great kudos for his partnership!

Overall, a great experience dealing w/ Sean and the associates at the dealership. The lines of communication was always kept open and the knowledge of Sean w/ all of the vehicles was super. I really liked the fact that I could view a streaming video of the vehicle I was interested in along w/ a detailed description and countless photos. I left knowing I got a good deal on my purchase and the staff was willing to go to great lengths to make it happen. I really like the fact that they offer a lifetime used car warranty, which not many places can replicate.

I'd highly recommend going to Prime Motors for your next car purchase.

My Review of Prime Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda:
When my fiance and I got to Prime we weren't really sure what car we were looking for, but we knew we wanted something that was four wheel drive. After meeting with Jared, he talked with us about what our needs were, and tried to narrow down the selection a bit. He spent time not only looking to find us a vehicle, but just to have a friendly conversation, which most salesmen will not do. We test drove two vehicles and finally made a decision. We were a little unsure about the price of the vehicle, but Jared did not pressure us ONE bit. He was very helpful trying to get a price that we liked on the vehicle, as well as getting the monthly payments down to something reasonable. Once we figured out the financing, we ended up needing a cosigner. Jared was willing to drive one hour out of his way to get the needed signatures on a Saturday night. We were able to drive off the lot with a 2007 Ford Fusion, no money down, no trade in, that same day with exactly what we were looking for, and more. I would recommend anyone looking for an actual personable, and enjoyable experience while buying car to go to Prime and ask for Jared!
