My Review of Prime Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda:
My experience at Prime was one i will remember for a very long time. I do not make a ton of money, and explained this to my salesman Jared McReavy. I was looking to trade my 2003 Kia and get into a Ford Escape. I test drove one just for the heck of it one day, one that i thought was way out of my price range. I left that day, after going over some numbers, and it just seemed like i was not going to be able to do it. I recieved several emails from Jared wondering how i was making out with my decision, and if my boyfriend and i had talked it over anymore. After several, and i mean several, trips into Prime, and sitting with Jared, and going over and over my numbers, i left again, feeling a little bit closer to being able to afford one. Finally the time came and i knew i either had to do it, or i was just going to be walking out on an amazing deal. I went back to Prime to pick up my 2009 Ford Escape, and ended up driving off the lot with a 2010 Escape instead! I never thought that would happen! My experience was so great in buying this vehicle, that i would recommend anyone to come to this dealership. The people are so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. So, Jared, and Prime, thanks again for making this experience a truly memorable one!

We had such a great experience buying a car for our daughter we returned two months later to buy a new car for my wife! We found everyone at the dealership to be helpful, friendly, and accomodating. This dealership is a very well oiled machine - no pun intended!

Jonathan Layburn was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Dealership was able to negotiate on price. Prepared car well for final sale. Met service department personnel, but have not had work done by them yet. The inventory of the combined Prime dealerships made allowed the choice I wanted.

My experience at Prime ford was excellent. The customer service was great, we were greeted everytime we walked into the building, and had a wonderful experience with our salesman. He didn't try to get me to buy anything that I didn't want, and he didn't try to make the decisions for me. He was great! The quality of work was very appreciated, they made sure that my oil change, and inspection was done up to date, and made sure that it was clean and fueled up for when we left. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we were getting what we wanted. Our overall experience was very good, the price of the car was very affordable, and everything was done very precisely. I would definitely recommend Prime Ford to anyone who is looking to buy new or used.

My Review of Prime Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda:
After some exhausting car issues with my old car I finally came to terms that I needed a new one. I had done all of my research online and with consumer reports and settled on the Mazda 3. I was having a difficult time deciding between the 4 and 5 door models and other dealers were trying to rush me into this deciaion. I called Prime and told them I needed both models side by side and half an hour alone with the cars. When I drove up Sean met me, handed me the keys and walked away. He even poked his head out a door to check on me and went back inside when I indicated I still needed time. AMAZING customer respect-it won me over! (I am a stickler when it comes to good customer service.) Most dealer would have breathed down my neck. Sean also knew that car inside and out on my first visit and test drive. He was patient and knowledgable and never reverted to those dealer tactics we all hate and see right through. He also had a great sense of humor about the whole process. He gave me space and as much time as I needed to make my decision even in the negotiation stages. Thanks Sean and everyone at Prime Ford/Mazda! I LOVE my new car!!

I bought a new F-150 and the salesman assured me they would remove my 5th-wheel hitch from my trade in within a couple of days. This was on 7/3. I made an appointment with an RV dealer to install the hitch on my new truck on7/20. By 7/17 I had not heard from Jared so I called Him. He informed me they just brought the truck in the shop but the tech told him the bolts were corroded and they could not get them off today ,Friday but maybe tomorrow, Sat. Nobody ever called me to update so I had to cancel my appointment at the RV dealer which also meant I had to cancel a planed camping trip this week-end. When I spoke to the service manager on 7/20 he seemed to know nothing about my problem and he had the hitch off within 1 hour , but too late for appointment.I don't feel I was treated very well in this instance. My Review of Prime Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda:
My husband and I were looking for a new car because we learned that we were expanding our family. We had a Chevy Caviler, and called Sean to see if he could recommend something that was larger than the Caviler, but smaller than a van. He posted a video in the virtual show room (on Youtube.com) so that I could view it (we live in Bangor) of the Mazda 5. We were very interested in the vehicle, so we drove down on Saturday to purchase the car. We would not have driven down from Bangor to buy a car from Prime if we hadn't seen the video, a picture is nice, but being "walked" through the car prior to actually seeing it was very helpful. Sean hit the nail on the head. The Mazda 5 is perfect for my family.
